Welcome to our 2011 Doormat Collection Catalog!

We are excited to share with you new additions to our collection for Spring and Sum-

mer 2011 (see pages 4-6), plus our complete doormat collection.

In 2010 Imports Unlimited introduced our first collection of officially licensed Disney

doormats. The Disney collection for 2011 includes 12 unique designs featuring favorite

Disney characters and themes.

This year the focus has been to revamp our “By the Sea” collection and offer even

more colorful options for welcoming guests, friends and family through the front — or

any — door of the house! Faithful to expanding our “Garden” category, you will be ex-

cited to see our Bamboo mats (page 5, 918 F and 918 F-L, the double-door version) and

919 S Dahlias (see cover), as well as a more classical look in 920 F Floral Welcome.

Last but not least, for those with a more “edgy” clientele, one can find several ways

to make a statement at a front door (926 S Enter at your Own Risk, 935 S Passport

“In everything I create I try to be original. While keenly

aware of current fashion and design trends, I take that

knowledge and strive to bring my own work to a different

place.

“My favorite doormat that I’ve designed for Imports Unlim-

ited is the double-door size ‘Bamboo’ mat. It was enjoyable

to have the extra space to really create a scene and I love

the simple beauty of bamboo and blue butterflies.”

Bense Garza is an ac-

complished artist, painter,

designer, and industry con-

sultant based in Kansas City,

MO. His work has appeared

on a variety of products, in-

cluding rugs, stationery, ap-

parel, fabric, fine art prints

and general home decor. His

work exhibits a keen sense

of composition influenced

by his commercial art back-

ground. He is recognized for

his versatility, and bold use

of color and pattern.

“My work is an exploration

in color and form to show mood and spatial relationships.

I lean toward the modernist movement using flat color to

create two-dimensional images. I am influenced by the

unexpected visual possibilities in everyday objects – both

man-made and that of natural beauty. My style is always

evolving and I hope the viewer will have the same sense of

discovery as I do.

“My favorite doormat is ‘Colorful Crabs’ because it is color-

ful and fun and represents a positive and upbeat feeling. It

reminds me to enjoy life and not take things too seriously.”

Suzan Waldinger is a self-

taught artist from South

Salem, NY who primarily

creates expressionistic paint-

ings. Using an impasto tech-

nique, brushes and palette

knives, she finds inspiration

in the playful innocence

of life, which is evident in

many of her unique colorful

canvases.

“Over the past few years, I

have entered the licensing

arena as a means to capital-

ize on modern technology

and bring my artwork to the

public eye. With the societal shift toward less discretionary

spending, it is essential for artists to seek ways to bring

art to the consumer without breaking their pocketbooks.

Imports Unlimited has done just that, by licensing artists’

designs to make unique doormats.

“My favorite doormat I have created for Imports Unlimited

is the “Peace” mat. Designed after my painting, “Peace

Quilt.” I initially created a series of peace paintings to help

myself find peace—that the series has found a purpose in

the textile industry only attests to the staying power of art,

albeit at a small price.”

The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC),

the most respected certification in the U.S. for women’s business

Coir (koir) n. The fiber obtained from the husk of a coconut, used in making rope and matting.

Hand-woven in India, our 100% natural coir doormats are hand-stenciled with permanent, fade-resistant,

eco-friendly dyes. They are made for outdoor use, preferably under a protected area to prolong their life.

the doormats. The 2 shelf rack can hold 8-10

doormats and the 5 shelf rack can hold 20-30

mats for good visibility and fast sale. Racks

Recycled RubberAn “R” after the product number means this mat is made of recy-

cled rubber mixed with natural latex. The rubber is flexible, yet

tough enough for use as a boot scraper. Its durablility makes it ideal

for outdoor use. Available in a variety of sizes. Their weights vary

from 3.2 - 12.4 pounds.

Recycled Rubber and Coir (bootscrapers)A “BR” after the product number means this mat is made of all

natural rubber and coir. The coir fibers are molded and pressed

into an all natural rubber base creating a stiff brush surface. Our

rubber and coir mats are available in a variety of sizes. Their

weights vary from 4.8 - 9 pounds.

Disney DoormatsOur officially licensed Disney Doormats are made with natural coir on non slip pvc backing.

please provide us with the following:

• Copy of your resale certificate.

• Our credit application, completed and signed (can be found online

at www.wholesaledoormats.com).

• Our customer information and agreement form, completed and

signed (can be found online www.wholesaledoormats.com).

Orders• $150.00 opening order and re-order minimum per delivery

destination.

• You can place your order in “eaches”; no case pack requirements.

Prices listed at wholesale and are subject to change without notice.

Items are invoiced at prices in effect at time of shipment.

• Order cancellations must be done in writing, must be signed and

sent in at least 3 business days before the requested ship date.

Backorders• Backorders ship on receipt of stock in warehouse.

• Backorders ship automatically and without notification.

• If you do not accept backorders, kindly clearly state that in your PO.

• Backorders ship under the same payment terms as the original order.

• We reserve the right to cancel any backorders with total value of $50

or less.

Returns• Merchandise returns require authorization by Imports Unlimited and

are subject to 20% restocking fee.

• No returns accepted without authorization.

• Freight charges to be paid by the customer.

• No returns to be accepted after 30 days of shipment.

• Credit to be given on account only.

Damage and other claims• Please review the merchandise received carefully and report any

damaged goods or shortages within 10 days of receipt of your order.

• No claims to be accepted after 30 days of ship date.

Shipping • We ship UPS Ground/ UPS Freight.

• Doormats ship FOB Mt. Laurel NJ 08054 USA. The cost of freight is

added to your invoice. If authorization is given to charge third party

account, a handling fee will be charged.

• We usually ship within 48 hours of receipt of order for customers

with established credit, or for payment via credit card.

• Any custom, duty and/ or inspection fees when crossing the borders

are for the account of the customer.

Payment optionsOpening orders must be prepaid by Credit Card, Wire Transfer or Check.

Credit Card Payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted. Credit card

is charged at the time of shipment for the amount of the goods shipped,

plus shipping.

Terms: • Net 30 terms may be established with completed and signed

Credit Application. Our Credit Application can be found online at

www.wholesaledoormats.com. Please allow 4-8 weeks to establish terms.

• Accounts past due are subject to interest and collection efforts.

• A fee of $30 is charged for returned checks.

where applicable. The customer or potential customer authorizes IUC to verify account worthiness. Any controversy

or claim arising out of or relating to any product supplied by IUC, or related to these terms and conditions or any other

contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled either (at IUC International’s sole option) in court in Camden County,

NJ, or by arbitration administered in Camden County, New Jersey, by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and,

at IUC’s sole option, under the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules or its Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of

Protection, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction

thereof. The parties shall be entitled to conduct discovery in accordance with the Rules Governing the Courts of the

State of New Jersey. Except for this clause, the interpretation and enforcement of this Proposal shall be governed by,

and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey with the exception of New Jersey’s choice-of-

law provisions. A judgment resulting from this arbitration shall be binding.
