2. Application and use of innovative approaches and student
centered strategies in the teaching process. (C3,C4,C6,P6,A4)
3. Demonstrate and apply the philosophy, sociology, psychologyand assessment in music education relevant to the teachingand learning of music in classroom. (C1, C2, C3, C4, EM2,LS4)
4. Apply and demonstrate understanding of the integratedteaching approaches especially Orff Schulwerk and ZoltanKodaly (C2, C3, CS5,TS5,P6,A4)
5. Use effective principles,methods,techniques,frameworks,skills, styles and processes in the teaching of music. (C2, C3,C4, C6, CS6,P7,A4)
SYNOPSIS : A study of various methodologies, approaches, techniques andresources for the teaching and learning of music education. Theuse of innovative approaches and student-centered strategies willbe emphasized. Overview of the philosophy, sociology,psychology and assessment in music education will also bestudied. Students will also be involved in micro and teamteaching activities.
(Kajian ke atas pelbagai pendekatan, kaedah, teknik dan bahanmengajar dalam pendidikan.Penekanan diberikan kepadapendekatan inovatif dan berpusatkan pelajar. Aspek penilaian,asas-asas falsafah,sosiologi,psikologi serta perkembanganpendidikan muzik akan turut dikaji. Pelajar akan menjalani sesilatihan pengajaran mikro dan berkumpulan)
