FEE DESCRIPTION
Eagle Card Replacement Fee The EagleCard is the University photo identification card allowing easy access to University Services. Cards are issued to students, faculty, and staff. It is used for library services, the URC, the PHASE, computer labs, student health services, and campus din ing.
Late Payment Fee A late payment fee is assessed for all accounts in which tuition and fees are not paid in full by 5:00pm on the 6th day of classes.
Late Registration Fee A student who registers on or after the fourth day of classes must pay full tuition and fees AND this late registration fee per course.
Misconduct Fee· (maximum) Fines are assessed to students for disciplinary purposes. Fines are determined by tihe Dean of Students, the Student Judicial Affairs Officer or the Unive rsi ty Disciplinary Committee and are set depending on the circumstances. Maximum fine is $400 per in
Refund Processing Fee All refunds of tuition and fees resulting from enrollment changes will incur this processing fee per refund check processed.
Residence Hall Activity Fee The fee supports Resident Hall programs and activities
Returned Check Fee Fee is assessed for checks returned due to insufficient funds. Assessed on all checks collected within central billing system (In compliance with RCW 62A.3-515).
Schedule Change Fee Students who withdraw from courses after the sixth day of classes are assessed this fee for each course withdrawal. Students who add a course after the 1Oth day of the quarter are assessed this fee for each course added.
Teacher Education Fingerprinting Fee
This fee is charged for fingerprinting services for students seeking admission to the teacher education program.
Building Access Fees
FEE DESCRIPTION
Failure to Return/Lost Key - Building Master Key Fee assessed for each Building Master key that is lost or not returned.
Failure to Return/Lost Key - Department Master Key Fee assessed for each Department Master key that is lost or not returned.
Failure to Return/Lost Key - President or Grand Master Key Fee assessed for each President or Grand Master key that is lost or not returned.
Failure to Return/Lost Key - Regular Key Fee assessed for each "Regular" key that is lost or not returned. A "Regular" key is one that permits access to a single area or room.
Failure to Return/Lost Key - Zone Master Key Fee assessed for each Zone Master key that is lost or not returned.
Re-keying Costs Fee The cost of re-keying facilities, including exterior doors, will be charged to the authorizing department.
