The 2012 range is here and we are pretty proud of it. We worked closely with our riders to make subtle changes to both spec and geometry. Some of these changes developed into whole new frame platforms.

TEAM ISSUE 2012With the introduction of BMX to the Olympic arena the tracks are becoming more demanding. Being first out of the gate and fastest to the first corner has always been the key to winning a BMX race. With our 2012 range we decided to take a look at improvements we could make to our Team Issue frames to give riders as much advantage as possible.
Our goal this year was to get the back end as stiff as possible allowing for maximum snap out of the gate and in turn speed to the first corner. Working with a high end hub manufacturer to come up with a custom 15mm hub, as well as The Hive components to use their BB30-Press Fit Crank System, we achieved our goal. This combined with some new tubing in the frame has lead to ABD’s stiffest and lightest frame to date!TWO_ZERO_ONE_TWO
