The core of the Roller Bearing “Starinth” consists of a multiple labyrinth sealed bear-ing:

1 = Outer barrier seal protection between the roller and side plate2 = Grease stop by a coarse labyrinth3 = Grease stop by a fine labyrinth

Thus, dirt and debris will be excluded in the best possible way.

After this triple cover a self sealing lifetime lubricated double tapered roller bearing is fitted (known from the wheel bearing of car transporters).

The installation of this bearing unit produced in cassette form is perfected by a countervailing star.
