The Hastings River District JuniorCricket Association (HRDJCA) willonce again be holding its annual pre-season coaching clinic during theSeptember school holidays.

This is a great opportunity for boysand girls aged between 9 and 13 tobrush away the winter cobwebs andprepare themselves for a fun 2013/14season in local competition.

Children will be provided skills inbatting, bowling and fielding duringthis 2 day clinic. With many graduatesof the previous clinics progressing toHRDJCA, Council, Zone and NSWCountry selection, information will alsobe provided on pathways to higherrepresentative selection.

The coaching staff will be led byMervyn Bourke. Merv is head coachfor the elite Academy program in theNorth Coast region spanning fromForster to Tweed Heads, and will bejoined by leading local coaches, manywith Sydney 1st grade experience.

It is a requirement that players beregistered with an affiliated club of theHRDJCA.
