Step 2How does the program work for me?Great benefits to being a showcase model...

At your Private Screening you will choose your favorite images for your Model Portfolio Magazine. When you pick up your Magazine you will also receive your Model Referral cards with your name, our studio name, and our studio information on each one. These are your Showcase Model business cards, which are a way for you to earn $$credit$$ toward your senior portrait order.

Last year the average saved on the session was $125and the average saved on the order total was $200

Total average savings was $325 and some saved even more!the savings are up to you! and you could earn an iPad2!

Will this Program help my friends?the answer is of course YES!

There are 2 ways to help your friends this year, so they can save money on theirsenior portraits. You are doing them a favor!

1) The FIRST way is by handing out your Model Referral cards. Each person that uses one of your Model Cards will receive 16 free wallets plus $25 off their senior portraits!

NOTE: Referral cards must be presented by the student at the time of their session. Only one card may be used by each student, and remember that we can’t make them choose which one to give us. Cards expire JULY 31, 2012. 2) The SECOND way to help them is to encourage them to become one of our “Fresh Faces

2013.” The Fresh Faces campaign is for anyone that is photographed during the month of May. They will get 2 Facebook images with their order, and we will use their picture in some of our advertising on the web. Not only will they get to be the faces in some of our marketing, they

will also get great savings on their session fee! Save your friends money while you earn money off your senior portraits! How cool is that!?

Free Family Portrait Session!!Each showcase Model is entitled to a free family portrait session anytime from June 2012 to October 2013. Valued at $225, you and your family will pay $0! We recommend booking at least a month in advance for this session to check availability. I am willing to bet that for most of you, the last time you had a family portrait created your 2013 senior was still in at least middle school! We love to capture families and their love for one another! This is a great time for pictures during the summer when family is all home and you look great!

Thank you for coming to a meeting...You have completed the first mandatory step in becoming a Trammel Photo Class of 2013 Showcase Model by

coming to our informational meeting. During this meeting if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

You have been selected by Trammel Creative Portraiture because you were referred by a student from the class of 2012 or filled out one of our applications. You were NOT chosen because of your looks, the clothes you wear, or the car you drive. You were chosen because we understand you are an outgoing person with a

friendly personality and a special ability to lead your classmates.

Step 1

Step 2Choose your Indoor Model Session...

Every Showcase Model must have their indoor model session photographed by April 31, 2012. Please choose one of the following 3 options:

Your session fee is due when you sign your Showcase Model Contract. This ensures your appointment time and makes you an official Showcase Model. Your Outdoor Session will be scheduled for late May - early June.

Your Name List is due before your Model Session. You will need to e-mail us a list of 25 class of 2013 classmates as well as a separate list of 15 class of 2014 students. The list must include the student’s

full name, full address including town and zip code, school they attend, and class year. This list must be e-mailed to us BEFORE your session or your session will be canceled

and your participation will be canceled, and all fees forfeited. Credit will not be given for false or incomplete lists.

Step 3Start Planning your outfits...

Start thinking about your indoor outfits and do some fun shopping in February!Please do NOT think we are telling you to go out and buy all new clothing for your Showcase Model session. We actually LOVE when seniors wear their favorite outfits that really “look like the real them.” But clothing is very important!Your session will only be as good as the outfits you bring for Keith to work with. Variety is the key to a great session. Six pairs of jeans and 6 blue tee-shirts is not six outfits - it’s really only ONE! Accessories for both girls and guys are a great way to make your outfits unique.For any sports images you MUST bring your uniform and the ball/racket/stick/whatever that is unique to your sport! For all outfits make sure you are dressed head to toe.... we may or may not be doing full length studies on any given pose. Again if you have questions, call us! RULE OF THUMB: IF IN DOUBT... BRING IT!

Step 4

Your Private Screening Appointment...Your Private Screening appointment will happen within 2 weeks of your Model session. At this ap-pointment you will choose your favorite images from your indoor session. Your favorite images will be LOANED to you in the form of your Model Portfolio Magazine until you come back to place your final order after your OUTDOOR session, and will need to be returned at that time. These images are the ones you will be showing your friends and we will be using them in our marketing and advertising for the year. Your images will appear in print ads as well as Facebook and web advertising.

At this time your minimum deposit is required.the minimum deposit will go toward your senior portrait order

after your model portfolio magazine or DVD is returned.these minimums are non-refundable.

Exception: Refunds would be given for orders over $850 that have credits reducing it below that.

Deposit amounts are as follows:if your session was: Basic $450 Exclusive $850 Designer $850

Class list cash bonus ~ for 2013! We have already collecting class lists from area schools. There are several that we already have, but many that we do not. If you have access to a student directory, please turn in the class list for the class of 2013 with NAMES AND ADDRESSES by April 1, 2012 to receive a $100 TCP GIFT CARD! The $100 Gift Card will be given for the first class list turned in from each school and only the first. We may already have a list for your school so check with us first!The mail list allows us to send out summer specials to your classmates that will support your efforts and help you with your referrals. It will also benefit your friends by giving them a deal on their session. We do NOT pass this list along to any other marketing companies and will not overload your friends with junk mail.

Step 5What about my outdoor session?

As a Showcase Model you have an opportunity to come back in May or early June to have outdoor portraits taken when the outdoor sets are in prime condition. Outdoor portraits must be taken by June 9. NO EXCEPTIONS.Due to the high demand and limited availability, rescheduling is not an option. Work schedules and sports schedules will have to take a second place to this appointment. Unless you are Chief of Thoracic Surgery at Strong, your work can get by without you for a few hours. If you are scheduled to come on a day when they are calling for bad weather, it may be a good thing! Most people don’t realize that the ideal lighting for a portrait session is gray and overcast outside. Unless it is ACTUALLY raining at the time of your session, plan on coming to the studio. If you aren’t sure, call the studio the morning of your session and we will make the call for you based on the weather conditions AT THE STUDIO... which may be different then where you are.Cars, motorcycles and other large props are great at this appointment, but make sure to let us know what you are bring-ing so we can be prepared. We have no problem if you add a sibling for one of your outdoor images, but make sure your outfits are coordinated. See our website for outdoor ideas!

When trying to get these lists we have a few pointers:

- The class list you turn in does not have to be from the school you go to. If you have access to a list from another school that we need you may turn that in.

- Many schools have printed directories hat they have access to. We can make copies here if you bring it in to the studio.

- DO NOT get in trouble when trying to get these school lists!

- Many school administration officials will not offer these lists. They are doing this with the best of intentions. But remember, we are NOT selling these lists to any 3rd parties in any way.

Step 6Friends Session...Many of our Showcase Models want to get together with their high school friends and do a group shot! Well, here is your chance! Wednesday, June 13th/ Thursday, June 14th/ Friday June 15th we have our calendars reserved just for you and your friends.Friends Day is for Class of 2013 ONLY. This will help you to get those referrals. This is not for pictures with siblings, pets, or anyone not in your graduating class. For only $10 per person we will photograph your group, and choose a 5x7 print of the same pose for you and each friend. In addition you will get Facebook images from the session. Also there will be special discounts for their senior portraits that will only be available to those who come to the Friends Seession! These sessions are first-come, first-serve. Please sign up before you leave the information meeting and a $10 holding charge will be added to your session total to ensure your time on our calendar. The $10 will be charged in addition to your session fee.

Step 7

A decision maker Parent MUST BE PRESENT at the time you review your outdoor images. About 10 days after your outdoor session is photographed, we will again meet for a private screening. At this time you will select your outdoor images as well as fine tune your selections from your indoor session. At this time you will make your final choices and make a final decision on your package selections. Be pre-pared to spend a couple hours at this appointment. Don’t worry, we will guide you along as well as have plenty of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies to keep Dad happy!

All decision makers MUST be at this appointment.

Outdoor image review appointment...

Remember we have NO INTEREST payment plans available to help you get everything you need and want!

On a daily basis we are getting e-mails and Facebook messages and phone calls from seniors that went some-where else and regretted their decision. EVERYONE can afford Trammel Creative Portraiture. We feel our

quality is above and beyond and that you will get exactly what you pay for. If someone says they heard we are “expensive” you can with honesty say that we are priced competitively with other studios in our area. People THINK we are more expensive because our portraits LOOK better than any they have seen. After all... if you don’t like your senior portraits, ANY money you spent on them is wasted! What we offer is GREAT VALUE....

Step 8TCP referral dollars: How to get them...

Trammel Creative Portrait Dollars (TCP) are gift cards that you will receive anytime one of your referrals is photographed at our studio and places their senior portrait order.

All referrals must be PHOTOGRAPHED by July 31st in order to receive credit. There cannot, and will not be any exceptions to this rule. We use the Referral Dollars point system to

determine your discounts and how much savings you will receive on your order.

Step 9

Picking up your order...About 6-8 weeks after you place your final order, you will be picking up your images, products, wall prints,

books and anything else that you may order. We will sit down with you and go over the entire order to make sure everything is exactly the way you want it. This is by appointment only.

How we can help...Our best Showcase Models are the ones that take charge, and handle their own marketing. Many of them

have made personal contact by mail or phone to their classmates. If we have your class list we can provide you with the labels (one time) do a mailer yourself.

Use your own Facebook page to market for senior pictures. We LOVE to have testimonials from the seniors we are photographing posed on our wall. Make sure you make your image your new profile pic. Parents -

tag your kids on you page as well!We can’t stress enough how huge the FRIENDS DAY session is for getting referrals. When your classmates

see our studio, how much fun they can have, and how amazing our photography is, you will for sure get referrals!

SPECIAL NOTE TO PARENTS:Since the cost of senior portraits tends to fall on parents, we encourage Mom and Dad to actively participate in sharing your senior’s Model Portfolio Magazine with other parents. Have it with you as you attend sport-

ing events, plays, social events. Always have a handful of your referral cards to hand out as well!

Showcase Model Tips...- It is our experience that every Showcase Model should be able to get at least 1-2 referrals with the very minimum effort. Make sure you have your referral cards with you wherever you bring your book.... which should be EVERYWHERE. The key is remembering to use your networks. Your referrals do NOT have to be from your school, just in the class of 2013.- Talk about variety, customization, poses, props, sessions and your experience at Trammel Photo.- Let your classmates know that we offer special discounts all summer long and that it is BEST TO HAVE THEIR PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN BEFORE AUGUST when school activities will not interfere with their schedules and the outdoor sets are in their prime.- Show your images to EVERYONE!!! Some people will like certain styles more than others - which is why variety in your clothing is important.- You will receive your clothing guidebook closer to your session date and time.- Be sure you are not giving your referral card to someone who already has one.- Use your Facebook page to tag images of yourself and spread the word.- Have your parents bring your images to work, church, sports events, social gatherings, etc.

Dates to remember... All referrals must be photographed by JULY 31st!( we cannot accept any referral cards after this date)

All Showcase Model orders must be placed by August 7th!(after August 7th ALL TCP Dollars will be VOID no matter the amount that was earned)

requrie that you submit them to us in an Excel spreadsheet fromated like the example below.
