GROWTH OF SOCIAL MEDIA WEBSITESFacebook took a little over eight years to go from fledging Internet startup to a $114 Billion company. It began in June of 2004 when it got its first big Investors, who invested $500,000. And, in 2012, Facebook launched an IPO with a valuation of $100 Billion! Tumblr, started by a teenager, sold to Yahoo for $1 Billion in cash! Recently, Amazon offered $970 Million for Twitch, a 3-year old start up! The chart below clearly illustrates the tremendous growth characteristics exhibited by the top social media companies in terms of subscriber growth:

YGTP - can emulate such success stories because it gives the public what it wants most – a chance to be discovered, to be famous, to have their “15 seconds of fame!”

YGTP - is a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Entertainment Holdings (GBHL), which can offer an investment incentive of stock warrants affording our investors upside potential and an exit strategy.

Assumptions: Only 3 movies will offer roles in Year 1. Each movie will offer two roles on YGTP (one female/one male). 300,000 individual auditions are projected to be uploaded per role. Upload Fees are $1.99, per audition. Annual “unlimited” subscriptions will be offered @ $24.95, per subscription; however, no subscription fees are included in the

projection. Advertising revenue has been computed on a standard CPM basis. Sponsorships will range from $25,000 to $1,000,000 per contract; however, no sponsorship fees are included in the projection. Year 1 through Year 3, it is anticipated that pictures will originate in the U.S. and/or Canada. Beginning in Year 4, it is anticipated that

pictures will include some produced in other countries (e.g., UK, France, Germany, India, China). It is expected that pictures produced in “foreign” countries will substantially increase number of individual auditions per move well

beyond 300,000. However, this projection assumes that the number of individual auditions will not increase beyond 300,000 permovie, per role.
