Termso  The decision of Telcon would be finalo  Scheme can be modified , withdrawn or extended at sole discretion of Telcon

o  The scheme is valid for normal retail deals and is not applicable for bulk and special deals.

o  Only valid sales made to end customers would be considered.

o  Only ZX50 machine sold would be considered.

o  Any attempt to combine the sale or collaborative sale would result in disqualification for

awards

Claim Process

1.  At the Q1 end the detail of sale and sales officer shall be filled in the prescribed format.

2.  The soft copy to be duly verified by BM/RVH for accuracy3.  The pdf file to be mailed to NVH in .pdf file for approval.

4.  The approval copy shall be submitted to Telcon Finance for Reimbursement.  

5.  Every month the prospect list and assigned sales officer shall be shared with Branch
