4.2. P&CG to schedule 1-2 additional crews 05/12: Start NW & SW end of E State 05/19 – 06/16: Complete N Tioga

4.3. NYSEG Electric to relocate secondary on E State St in June

05/07: To pull secondary wire; 2x 4” conduit; NYSEG Electric would like to

MK to submit payment to Verizon; Design team to submit location of conduit entry; Vacri proposes to enter Cayuga St Verizon MH week of 05/12; City will help set up detours on Aurora St for 3-4 days, Vacri to set up flagging crews

4.5. NYSEG Gas to start work on north side of Trolley Circle; Priority to make connection at Aurora St

Complete main and test, follow with saddle tapped services; Rothschild Bldg service connection cannot be relocated

5. UTILITIES COORDINATION

5.1. Verizon / Gas Conflicts E State St: P&CG to report on conflicts with cat. poles

5.2. Water Feature: Verizon scheduled to start work 05/12; Vacri to submit on WF vault as spec’d

5.3. TTC Alley/Telecom: Work scheduled for week of 05/12; TTC to schedule EE Root

5.4. Verizon & TMH-5: Vacri & Verizon to schedule work to allow for backfill

6. VAULTS

6.1. Vault Infill – Wall to cure for 7 days at 208/210 & 126 E State St (05/12); Other possible vault infills at 118, 119,123, 135,137,139

Vacri to start 119 or 123 (west) E State St; Vacri to submit price estimate on previous infills.

7. ELECTRIC

7.1. FD #2 issued, defines traffic ratings for HH & designation of split HH

P&CG to send submittal

8. TELECOM DUCT BANK

8.1. Bank Alley west walkway to be closed week of 05/12

9. M&PTP: MAINTENANCE & PROTECTION OF TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIANS

9.1. Asphalt not to exceed contract #3A QTY; Pours are to be done week of graduation; Locations are to be specified by City

9.2. Vacri to propose sidewalk demo plan
