1.1. Superintendents Meeting: Mandatory 10-minute meeting daily at Trolley Circle at 3:00 PM to coordinate crew locations for the following day

City to meet with Vacri 05/29 on temp paving scope

1.5. Valve boxes, Site settlement: All contractors responsible for repairing or replacing damaged valve boxes; DDS to continue use jumping jack; Crusher run used to backfill; DDS to submit material proctors for backfill material

2.1. NYSEG Gas: Week of 5/27-5/30 install north-south loop connection at Cayuga entrance and then move east on south side starting 5/30; Schedule service crews for mid-June; NYSEG’s crew is to complete 7 services, DDS all others; Predict 1-2 services per day

Tee to be installed 05/17; Drip to be installed 05/18-05/19; Colonial building #109-#113 anticipate more difficult excavation for service; Approximately 30 service to be installed – A month to complete services, expected completion date is July / August

2.2. NYSEG Electric: Install 3’ x 3’ handhole at Aurora on 5/27

To be installed 05/28

2.3. Bank Alley (Storm, TTC Cable): Vacri and EE Root to work simultaneously on 5/27 (storm install and cable relocation to new HH); TTC to switchover to new pathway by 6/15

Work to be complete today; City to coordinate with TTC on cable switch over P&CG to continue work down Bank Alley; Architect / Arborist to review demolition of tree planter; Verizon has a week of work to lower telecom cable

2.4. 119 E State Vault Infill: Engineer will certify by letter on 5/27 to IFD Chief that bldg. systems unaffected by removal of head; City to contact local plumber to cut-and-cap sprinkler head 5/28; Vacri on-hold until sprinkler head is removed; review NYSEG G requirements for working through this unfinished area

City to meet with plumber at 3 pm and to determine direction; Vacri available to start 05/29; MK to ask business to clean out vault space

2.5. Bank Alley (Pavilion Footings): Review open items for start of footings; Establish start date for installation; Simultaneous with gateway footings?

ACP to report status to Vacri

2.6. Catenary Lighting: P&CG: Submittal provided, need rebar shop drawings; Review of Verizon or NYSEG G conflicts

P&CG & City to review Verizon’s & P&CG’s test pit information due to discrepancies 06/03

3. SCHEDULE

3.1. Vacri / AC&P: May: Complete utilities June: Bank Alley site prep/demo/grading; foundations / footers July: Prep & pour slab N Tioga; Paving program Aug: State St. Concrete & Paving, Bank Alley granite? Sept: Structural Steel Oct: Furniture and Amenities

3.2. P&CG: 05/27 – 06/16: Installation of Bank Alley Electric DB July: Light Pole Bases, Distribution Panels September: Street lighting install, power bollards

05/28: Realignment of north side of E State to be confirmed; P&CG to confirm Bank Alley is available; P&CG confirmed Bank Alley completion by 06/15; HH installation pending approval and placement of order

3.3. Bank Alley (Water Feature): Verizon to continue to lower DB north of Trolley Circle; Submittal #73 to be revised and resubmitted per Architect’s comments; Vault cannot be installed until NYSEG G main is retired.

4. M&PTP: MAINTENANCE & PROTECTION OF TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIANS

4.1. Vacri / ACP, P&CG, NYSEG Gas: Please submit typical ped. traffic M&P plan, include list of signage available on site

Vacri / ACP & P&CG to submit 5/27

4.2. Vacri to submit sidewalk demo and concrete pour sequence to City for review prior to start of Bank Alley work

5. New Business: Open RFI’s, submittals, concerns, etc.
