    NYSEG Gas:Schedule to test & chargemain (06/16?); Tioga St to be tied-in first;

    South side of Cayuga St intersection

    needs to be tied-in prior to all services

    being connected; JB to update on

    possibility of retiring part of gas main on

    N/S of 200 Block E State after new

    services complete in this area

    Gas shifted to the south of proposed cat.light pole; City to confirm ; Priority to start

    from Trolley Circle moving to the west

    with services on the north side of E State

    St; Medium pressure service are to be tie-

    in from Green St prior to retirement of

    main on south side of E State St;

    3.6.

    NYSEG Electric available to pull wire btw

    Bank Alley & Aurora St

    To be scheduled wk of 06/30

    4.

    M&PTP: MAINTENANCE & PROTECTION

    OF TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIANS4.1.

    Vacri to submit work sequence to City for

    review prior to start of Bank Alley work

    (sidewalk demo, grading/compaction

    testing, set valve boxes, MH covers, slab

    pour, pavers, etc.)

    Vacri is to submit plywood bridges for

    business access; Temp chain link fence to

    be used on site

    5. New Business: Open RFIs, submittals,

    concerns, etc.

    Vacri today

    Site work hours Work can take place from 7 AM to 7:30

    PM; Announcement went out that work

    may continue later into the evening this

    week
