services complete in this area
Gas shifted to the south of proposed cat.light pole; City to
confirm ; Priority to start
from Trolley Circle moving to the west
with services on the north side of E State
St; Medium pressure service are to be tie-
in from Green St prior to retirement of
main on south side of E State St;

pour, pavers, etc.)
Vacri is to submit plywood bridges for
business access; Temp chain link fence to
be used on site
