    2.2.

    139 Benchwarmers Vault: Site survey

    8/21/14; Labella to issue detail for pricing

    DW to follow up with MM on plan

    2.3.

    Conformance Set: Issued by Sasaki on

    8/22/14

    Material plan paving has changed

    throughout the site; MK has requested

    that a bulleted list of changes in theconformance set be issued by Sasaki; SR

    doesnt believe that the square footage of

    paver type has changed significantly; TIN

    has been updated and will be sent out

    3.

    CRITICAL PATH ITEMS

    3.1.

    Bank Alley Planter: Slot drain conflict with

    NYSEG vault; bollard base and light pole

    base conflicts with curb line

    Curb is to be shifted to the west to fit

    between light pole and transformer vault;

    Trench drain will be installed to the north;

    Power bollards foundation overlaps with

    the curb at north side of planter, curb to

    be notched if power bollard can fit; PCG &

    Vacris surveyor are to review layout of

    bollard and curb; SR to determine if the

    size of the power bollard base can be

    reduced

    3.2.

    Water Feature Vault: Vacri to install

    sanitary lateral and vault 8/25

    NE corner of vault: Plans show 2 feet

    between vault and bank building vault

    corner; Vacri not concerned but may dig

    exploratory

    3.3.

    Gateways: @Aurora: Test pit dug 8/22,

    revealed no conflict with vault; @Cayuga:

    Verizon will pull cable out of way as

    required by Vacri during installation offooter

    @Aurora foundations can be installed;

    @Cayuga helical pile is to be scheduled by

    Vacri

    3.4.

    NYSEG Gas:N/S services 100% complete,

    need target date to purge main; Punchlist

    sent to NYSEG; Benchwarmers service to

    be dug/installed concurrent with vault

    infill work (See Item #2.2)

    NYSEG has two more tie-ins to do in

    Aurora St, to be completed today;

    Restoration remaining in Aurora St; North

    side main has been purged; PCG needs to

    dig for each lightpole bases to find

    conflicts

    3.5.

    Pavilion Lighting: Vacri to advise on

    additional costs to add HHs, delivery date

    for steel

    PCG has asked Raulli to visit yard to see

    steel, BP asked Vacri to coordinate with

    Raulli to arrange a visit

    3.6.

    Telecom 4 Service to Marriott:PCG tosubmit cost to perform the work

    4. M&PTP: MAINTENANCE & PROTECTION

    OF TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIANS

    4.1.

    Site Maintenance: Vacri shored up fence;

    All trash and debris must be removed on

    a weekly basis

    ADDITIONAL NOTES:

    EX6 lights in eastern stairwell: one light in the block adjacent to the stairs and then every other

    stone south for a total of 4 lights.

    SR to issue granite curbing submittal this afternoon

    RA concerned that the length of the trench drains will cause the 4pipe to be 4below finishgradedirectly under the pavers. SR to discuss trench drain connections with structural

    engineer.

    Storm lateral to Mansour Jewelers 140 E State St is to be installed in location of old sanitary MH

    Delivered to Emerson and can be stored until next spring; City and DIA to find a location to store

    furniture in the future
