    sanitary lateral and vault

    Tompkins Trust Alley: Vacri to start

    storm install

    Pavilion Lighting: Vacri to install steel

    after concrete slab pour; Vacri to

    NYSEG expected to retire gas main on

    south side of E State St next week

    must be removed on a weekly basis
