This course helps the participants explore the challenges and the solutions to competing globally. Improve
executive’s skills in making international business decisions in the face of changing conditions. The emphasis
is on managerial action shaped by the global external environment. Another objective is to improve their
analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

This module provides a framework and introduces up-to-date tools and concepts to help executives
analyze and understand the creation of competitive advantage.
In this module we will look at China’s economic development: what is the historical, cultural, social
and economic landscape in China? We will analyze innovation as a key drive to China’s economic
transformation affects business activities.

Improve your strategic skills and drive collaboration by enhancing your power, and influence
within the organization.
The objective of this is to help participants enhance their ability to successfully drive change
efforts in their organizations through proper planning and structuring and by improving a set of
two key skills: management of the political dynamics and exercise of influence.

GAMP’s learning model is based then in dynamic learning + interaction between peers providing an environment
where participants learn from their classmates, professors, and corporate executives from around the world. By
exchanging experiences, they enrich the knowledge acquired both in and outside of the classroom.
This learning model is built upon these 3 axes:
• Presentations and in-depth conceptual explanations by our
internationally recognized faculty.
• Analysis of examples and real-life situations, with practical application.

• Application of concepts through case studies, discussions and group work.
• In-depth look at strategy design and implementation through simulation models.
• 3 one-on-one coaching sessions aimed at supporting each participant to address
individual management and leadership challenges and to accelerate personal executive
performance.
• The LEAD program is aimed to foster discussion and awareness of the
importance of personal leadership and how it allows executives to more
effectively lead within their organization.
• GAMP also includes a Wellness Program that provides the tools and
routines needed to achieve the right balance between professional
development, health and personal life.
5. THE GAMP® METHODOLOGY

The goal of this key content of GAMP is for executives to learn a method for assessing their knowledge,
abilities, and values relevant to leadership and for developing and implementing plans for acquiring new
management and leadership knowledge throughout their career.
The final product from this section will be participant’s individualized Learning Plan. Managers will take it into
action with a coach’s supervision and support during three one-on one coaching sessions.The purpose of
this Learning Plan is to maximize their use of the resources and to stimulate a process of self-directed
learning.
6. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - LEAD

• One of the most important values of the GAMP® are its
participants, seasoned managers with strong values,
extensive management experience and international
background, willing to share their viewpoints and expertise
with fellow participants.
• Diversity in the group is another unique feature of the
Program. Participants are of diverse cultural backgrounds,
come from a wide range of industries and represent both
the private and public sectors.
