HOW TO RENEW YOUR SEASON TICKETSTHREE WAYS TO RENEW:

1. ONLINE: Log on to “My Ducks Account” at AnaheimDucks.com Note: There are 2 separate invoices to complete for the Dual-Renewal option (2014-15 Season Tickets & 2014 Stanley Cup Playoffs).

2. MAIL or FAX: Fill out the enclosed invoices for 2014-15 Season Tickets & 2014 Stanley Cup Playoffs Use the self-addressed, stamped envelope enclosed or fax your signed invoice to (714) 940-2833.

3. IN PERSON: Bring your signed invoices to an Account Service Executive during regular office hours or to the Ticket Sales booth located at Section 214 at any Ducks home game.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO RENEW?Renew by March 10 to get the Dual-Renewal benefits for both 2014-15 Season Tickets & 2014 Stanley Cup Playoffs. See page 7 for more information.

HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO PAY NOW?Your first payment is due March 10. Please fill out the enclosed invoices and select your desired payment plan. See Pages 5 & 8 for pricing.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RELOCATE MY SEASON SEATS?If you want to relocate, please renew the number of seats you wish to purchase next year in your current location and you will be eligible to change your seat location during the annual seat upgrade process that will take place during the off-season. 10
