Thank you for purchasing Rigid Industries® products for your Polaris®. Installation is fairly simple with the right tools and good mechanical abilities. If you are not confident in your mechanical skills, please seek the help of a professional to perform the installation. Please read through all of these instructions and tips before proceeding with the installation.It is strongly recommended that this product be installed by a professional.

Important

Always disconnect any power sources connected to your vehicle before servicing fuses or electrical systems.

Remove upper torque bolts on the front of the Sportsman. See Figure 2.

Remove tool box (if equipped) and remove push pins on each side of Sportsman. See Figure 1.

Remove lower bolts on the front of the Sportsman. See Figure 3.

Remove lower bolts on the bottom of the Sportsman, unplug headlights, and remove plastic front. See Figure 4.

Remove factory torque bolts and remove factory grille. See Figure 5.

Install Rigid Industries grille using factory torque bolts. See Figure 6.

Install Rigid Industries 6” SR-Series light using hardware provided with the light. See Figure 7.

Re-install front plastic using Steps 1 – 4 in reverse.
