D uring your stay at Peter Island, you’ll have the option to spend one night aboard a private luxury sailing catamaran (with crew) if you like, letting you experience the BVI the way the sailing enthu-siasts who flock here do (and no additional fees apply!). Sharing a sailboat with either your family or

a couple of your fellow members, you can cruise off to some of the British Virgin Islands’ finest snorkeling spots, take one of the craft’s sea kayaks out to explore the Baths or simply relax on deck or lounge in the hammock-like net between the pontoons and enjoy the gentle motion of the waves.


After the crew has served a gourmet dinner, you’ll enjoy a front-row seat for a spectacular sunset view. And if you’re an early riser, you could find yourself taking in an unforgettable sunrise view the following morning as well.

A luxury sailing trip with The Moorings typically requires a five-night commitment—only Club members enjoy the op-portunity to sample a live-aboard sailing experience for just one night. Of course, if you prefer not to spend a night aboard a sailing catamaran, you are welcome to elect to stay at the resort instead—the choice will be entirely yours.

You’ll have your choice from among several accommodation options for your stay at Peter Island, selecting from charming one-bedroom Ocean View Rooms or Beach Front Junior Suites, the three-bedroom Hawk’s Nest Villa, the four-bedroom Crow’s Nest Villa or the six-bedroom Falcon’s Nest Villa (great for multiple families or couples to share!).

One-bedroom Ocean View Rooms offer spacious interiors, private terraces and views of the Caribbean. Each can accommodate two guests.

One-bedroom Beach Front Junior Suites rest right on Deadman's Beach, one of the most stunning in the Caribbean, offering extremely spacious interiors, private patios, the flexibility to accommodate couples or families of three and direct access to the beach.

The 3,626 square-foot, three-bedroom Hawk’s Nest Villa sits up above Deadman's Bay, offering expansive indoor and outdoor living areas, a private plunge pool, a fully-equipped kitchen, three gorgeously appointed ensuite bedrooms and sweeping views of the sea. Hawk’s Nest can accommodate up to six people.

The four-bedroom Crow’s Nest Villa is situated on a cliff overlooking the island’s southern coastline and the sea beyond and features 6,500 square feet of interior space. Four ensuite bedrooms, each accessible via its own private entrance, are assembled around stunning gathering areas, two spacious sundecks, an infinity-edge pool, an additional plunge pool and a full complement of staff including a valet, chef and housekeeper (with a vehicle for your use on the island). Crow’s Nest can accommodate up to eight people.

From its perch atop a bluff, the six-bedroom, seven-bath Falcon’s Nest Villa affords guests panoramic views of White Bay Beach and Norman Island and, on clear days, even St. Croix on the far horizon. Offering 21,645 interior square feet, this exceptional villa blends Mediterranean design with classic Caribbean style. Three distinct buildings—connected by winding stone paths—cluster around sundecks featuring an expansive infinity-edge pool, plunge pool and hot tub. The main villa boasts a large living area, two kitchens, media room, fitness center and two 2,250-square-foot master suites. Each of the other two villas house two additional suites. This villa also comes with a full complement of staff including a valet, chef and housekeeper (with a vehicle for your use on the island). Falcon's Nest can accommodate up to 12 guests.
