Roadmap Skype for business
• We now support a “Call quality over time (last 24 hours)” report which is breaking down the call quality in 15 minute intervals
• Some of the reports now link to standard OneView reports. For example: when you look at the “call quality by switch” report you can click on any switch IP and will get redirected to the Device View for that switch to see all kinds of data on this switch. Same for clients (caller/callee).
• In the next version, with NetSight 6.3, we will be able to prioritized wireless calls. We will detect through which switch port the wireless clients will hit the wired network and automatically provision QoS on that ingress access port.
