Group Rate: $87/night plus $25 daily resort fee* = $112/night + 12% Clark County room tax. $35 additional charge will be added for each guest with occupancy over 2 people with a maximum of 4 people to a room.
Room rate for attendees choosing to stay over the weekend (Friday/Saturday nights) will be $137/night plus $25 resort fee = $162/night.
Hotel Check In is 3pm and Check Out is Noon.
Hotel Reservations may be telephoned directly to the Hotel Reservations Department at 800-499-6311 or 702-791-7444 or FAX to 702-791-7495. Callers must identify their affiliation with 2014 BRFA Annual Conference. Reservations may also be made or changed at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/BRFA2014
The group rate is guaranteed until January 27, 2014, unless the room block fills prior to that date. Rooms and/or modifications requested after the deadline of January 27, 2014 (or after the block has filled) will be subject to the hotel’s space and rate availability.
Attendee’s credit card will be charged first night’s room rate plus resort fee and tax at that time. Room reservations not guaranteed will be automatically cancelled by Hotel within fourteen (14) days of the reservation date. Refunds will be issued on individual attendee’s reservations cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of confirmed arrival date.
*Resort fee includes in-room wired and wireless high-speed Internet access, property-wide wireless internet access; Fitness Center access; daily newspaper; notary services at business center; printing of board passes at Business Service Center, lobby Internet Kiosks and Concierge; Copies and faxes at Business Service Center (up to 10 copies or faxes in b&w only); Unlimited local and toll-free calls.

Optional Activities, Thursday, February 27 – Must register by Feb. 1 to guarantee space
Hoover Dam Express – 8am departure; Noon return
Minimum participation: 30 If minimum is not met, tour will be cancelled.
Visit the beautiful and amazing National Historic Landmark Hoover Dam, where the Colorado River forms the boundary between the states of Nevada and Arizona. Spend two full hours at the dam including a tour which showcases special features such as educational films, the exhibit gallery, observation deck, Nevada intake tower and old exhibit building
The Gun Store VIP Range – 8:45am departure; 11am return
Minimum participation: 15 If minimum is not met, tour will be cancelled.
The VIP Range is a private range, separate from the public range. Upon arrival, the guests are escorted into their own range with their own experienced range master who will give each shooter a full one-on-one tutorial with their firearms. each shooter will start with:
