Closing sales, Building owner loyalty and inCreasing serviCe retention rates...

Business Choice is a simple, customer-centered program that offers our customers an industry exclusive combination the competition can’t match. Business Choice combines a scheduled maintenance plan with an Upfit Cash Allowance or GM Accessory Cash Allowance. For you, this means Business Choice pays off two levels:

1. It assists commercial customers with upfitting their work vehicles so it helps you close deals

2. It has one of the highest levels of owner loyalty across our commercial customer base and for you this translates into increased repurchase rates

The program is a win-win for you and your customers:

• Offering a maintenance component increases purchase consideration by 72%

• No other manufacturer – not Ford, Dodge/Ram or Nissan – offers their commercial customers a combination of vehicle specific upfit cash AND scheduled maintenance

– Ford doesn’t offer maintenance at all

– RAM/Dodge offers maintenance as one of three options – upfit cash, a graphics package, or maintenance

• Commercial customers rely on their vehicles to get the job done so downtime is expensive for them. This makes reducing downtime their #1 priority. Commercial customers want you to be a ‘trusted’ advisor and the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection can help you fulfill that role. Use it to:

– Identify and fix necessary problems when the customer’s truck is in your shop

– Disclose future service needs and schedule a service appointment for those needed services

– Increased dealer profitability

Take full advantage of the program’s features and benefits. The GM Accessories or upfit cash options and the Business Choice or divisional Maintenance Plan give you a powerful tool to help close upfitted commercial vehicle sales.
