Jostens Summer

Yearbook Workshop“

We are thrilled introduce you to our keynote speaker, Chris Joy.

I have been with Jostens since 2000 and so enjoy being part of something as special as creating yearbooks. I simply love what I do each day, and the friendships I have developed over the

years with my yearbook advisers and staffs mean the world to me. The best part of my yearbook world is working closely with

the students. I get to witness amazingly creative minds, as well as, understanding what kind of yearbook the students will want to get their hands on. I also enjoy bringing unique views and ideas that help staffs learn that yearbook is a very REAL WORLD class, and that they leave high school

more prepared for what they will face in the future.

This is a unique job that keeps me feeling young and in touch with what’s important. I learn from the students as much as they learn from me. I partner with a variety of schools from elementary schools through the high school level. I strive to make yearbooking fun, educational, silly and rewarding. I’m excited to work with Chicago area schools this summer.
