The GT5 Performance Package truly awakens S60 T5 and the very special in-line turbo 5-cylinder that happens to be the very same motor that we use in our GT race cars. Now the driver can not only hear the sporty character of the motor but also feel the wonderful chassis and stiff body thanks to the improvements in suspension and grip. The GT Suspension Packages were developed for the skilled enthusiast driver. It reduces the vehicles center of gravity, reduces body-roll and decreases understeer resulting in a neutrally balanced car ideal for the track or enthusiastic driving. The upper rear control arms reduce rear negative camber (caused by lowering the vehicle) for better rotation. All suspension parts are only sold as part of a package as they have been developed together to achieve the desired handling characteristics. Individual replacement parts are available for registered vehicles. This package comes complete with mounted and balanced tires with TPMS. Improves overall look and handling of the car due to wider tires with improved traction designed for enthusiastic driving. These tires should not be driven in the snow or in temperatures below 36F (4C). These particular wheels are hubcentric and are specifically designed for the Volvo P1 range, manufactured specifically for K-PAX Racing. S60 GT BIG BRAKE KIT Intended for the real high-performance enthusiast this brake package replaces the front caliper and rotor of your S60 with a high-performance two-piece drilled rotor and motorsport-grade 4-pot caliper painted in K-PAX Racing blue. A set of stainless steel-braided brake lines finish off the package for ultimate control and endurance on the street and track. The kit comes with a high performance brake pad that will work just as well on both street and track. If you intend to spend a great deal of time on the track we have developed a special brake pad compound to suit heavy-duty track use. Due to the size of this brake system it cannot be used with any Volvo wheels. it has been designed to fit perfectly in combination with our 19” BBS wheels. PERFORMANCE EXHAUST SYSTEMS Our performance exhaust systems are jointly developed between K-PAX Racing and Borla Peformance, combining our expertise of Volvo vehicles with Borla’s decades of experience building performance and racing exhausts. When developing a new system we have two main objectives: performance and sound. As with all K-PAX Racing products we must see genuine performance gains as well as deliver a product that can be used every day by our customers. We aim to achieve a very specific sound that both reflects the character of the car but also take influence from our race cars. Utilizing our manufacturers patented technology we push to create a perfectly-pitched European performance-oriented sound, all whilst providing a subdued interior cabin environment that allows a normal conversation between the occupants. What set us apart is our development process, our attention to detail and our engineers. Between Borla and K-PAX Racing there are several musicians as well as a former loudspeaker designer that work hard to properly develop the perfect K-PAX Racing sound. All of our exhaust systems are developed and manufactured in the USA using aircraft-grade T-304 austenitic stainless steel.

200-17001 C30 T5 Performance Exhaust $1595 The C30 Performance Exhaust is the secret ingredient in our limited edition 280hp/315lb/ft C30 GT. Pirelli is a trusted partner and supplier to both K-PAX Racing and K-PAX Performance and as many experienced racers will tell you the most significant performance improvement you can do to your car is to upgrade your tires. When developing a limited edition K-PAX Racing performance package, tires is an integral part of our development process and in many ways determine how we choose to tune our suspension components. When we first started developing the limited edition C30 GT in 2010 we worked long and hard to develop a driving experience that would bring the car to a completely new level. In order to achieve our lofty performance parameters, Pirelli manufactured a special run of Pirelli P-Zero Nero tires to our specific demands on grip, wear and sidewall stiffness so that we could achieve the ground-braking handling that the C30 GT possesses. Similarly when developing the GT packages for the S60 models Pirelli allowed us to be the first to test and bring to market their first performance summer tire derived from F1, the P-Zero Silver. To us, Pirelli is much more than just a tire supplier, they are an integral partner that helps us achieve the performance parameters that we demand. 500-10001 P1 Billet Steel Polyurethane Engine Mount $195 When developing our C30 GT we noticed that with the significant increase of torque our motor was producing the engine and entire drivetrain was moving outside of acceptable parameters. This movement would eventually lead to premature wear of various rubber bushings, hoses and wiring. Another downside was that under certain conditions such as braking or accelerating out of a corner the drivetrain movements would occasionally prevent the manual shifter to smoothly slot into the next gear. Our upgraded engine mount solves these issues and increases shift feel. We recommend this upgrade to all P1 platform vehicles with the T5 motor and a manual transmission. Manufactured in the USA. WARRANTY STATEMENT Exclusive K-PAX Performance Cars Warranty K-PAX Performance Cars provides a factory-matching warranty on its components and packages for repairs over a period of four (4) year or 50,000 (80,000km) miles, whichever occurs first. The warranty starts on the date the vehicle is sold/delivered to the first retail purchaser or put into service, whichever occurs first. The K-PAX Performance Cars warranty starts and runs concurrently with the Volvo new vehicle warranty. If an approved K-PAX Performance Cars component or package is installed on a used vehicle or after your new vehicle purchase, it will be warranted for the balance of the Volvo New Vehicle Warranty period, or for a period of two years from the date of installation, whichever is longer. Warranty repairs can only be carried out by an Authorized K-PAX Racing Volvo Retailer in good standing. Limitations K-PAX Performance Cars does not offer an adjustment warranty or adjustment warranty period. K-PAX Performance Cars does not offer warranty on vehicles that have participated in racing or timed speed events. Exclusions K-PAX Performance Cars does not offer a warranty on wear and tear items including, but not limited to: filters, brake pads, brake rotors, tires, shock absorbers, etc. K-PAX Performance pads or rotors are not included in the Volvo Safe & Secure Program and is the responsibility of the vehicles owner.
