Judges uniform shall be white shirts and black pants. ENTRY / Complete online registration no later than Wednesday October 1, 2014 at 11:59pm EST REGISTRATION Late Fees: As stated in Appendix C, per Technical Rule CP 5.6.1, any entry to a National

Championship received between 21 and 7 days prior to the first day of the competition shall pay late fees. Sponsor and Event Entry fees shall be a minimum of $100 or 10% of the total entry fee, whichever is greater, for first time offenders unless a technology failure can be proven to account for a late entry. For each ensuing offense, within a season, the percentage will increase by 5%.

DIGITAL MUSIC We will be using digital music for this competition. It is essential all music be sent by email in

advance. Email music files by Wednesday October 1, 2014 to Chris Leahy at [email protected] See Digital Music Submission, page 5, for specifications.

FEE INFORMATION

ENTRY FEE $30.00 per competitor for each Free Routine, including alternates; Combination, including alternates; or Figure event entered. Any swimmer who is listed as an alternate for a routine and who is not swimming any other routine event shall pay the entry fee. (Rulebook, App. C, Pg. 3)

www.resortcollection.com, will receive one (1) complimentary parking pass per room. Otherwise, a parking pass for the pool facility for the entire event is $40.00 per vehicle. Payment shall be made payable to Athletic Events, LLC. and shall be paid during registration. (cash, check or credit card)

BANQUET AND Saturday, October 25th, 2014 at the Majestic Beach Resort. Special Texas Holdem Poker FUNDRAISER Games, Prizes. Grand Prize drawing (Sponsored by EBRO Greyhound Park ) is worth up to $100,000. Cash Bar with buffet dinner to include a variety of items with gluten free and vegetarian

offerings. Come join us for a fun evening!! A donation from the proceeds will benefit the USSS National Team. A banquet ticket serves as a spectator ticket for the entire event.

SHADE STRUCTURE RENTAL

The Host has a limited number of 10 x 10 pop-up tents for rent. Rental fee is $40 flat fee for all days. Contact Ken McGartlin @ [email protected] to reserve for the duration of the meet and for payment instructions. Available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

CREDENTIALS

All competitors, coaches, team managers, officials and volunteers will receive credentials. Access to the facility will be strictly enforced. Please wear your credential at all times. Each club will receive coaches/ team manager credentials per the chart below. Additional credentials can be purchased for $30.00 each. Make checks payable to USA Synchro.

Digital music files (ACC, WAV or other iTunes compatible music file) are to be submitted for routines for this competition. • Email music to Chris Leahy at [email protected] by October 1, 2014. • Files received before the deadline will be transferred from emails to a computer, and then imported to iTunes or a

compatible program and each file tested to ensure it plays. You will no t be contacted if your music is submitted on time and if the music is correct. You will only be contacted if your music is missing or will not play.

• Playlists will be created for each separate routine competition to be played through the sound system. • We recommend submitting 160 kbit/s AAC or higher quality audio for best sound results. • 128 kbit/s MP3s are NOT recommended, if sending MP3 files, please ensure they are at least 192 kbit/sec. • A minimum one second leader (silence) before the music starts should be added to all files. • Contact Chris if you have any questions. • A CD player will be provided as back up for play through the sound system. • Use the following naming conventions (see bolded below) when saving files.

SPECTATOR TICKETS

• Tickets can be purchased at the pool entrance or with online meet entry registration. • Spectator tickets for Thursday, Friday and Sunday will be $3 per day. • Spectator tickets on Saturday will be $5 each. • Advance tickets for the entire Championship, purchased online, are $15. • Spectator tickets will be required for anyone without a credential to access the bleachers. • Free admission to Life Members and children 10 years and younger. • A banquet ticket serves as a spectator ticket for the entire event.

VENUE RULES

A gelling station will be set up outside the locker rooms under a covered area. Gelling must be in designated area; not in the locker room. Athlete bags should not be stored in locker rooms. No glass and no cooking are allowed on grounds; only Team coolers allowed.

PHOTO / VIDEO REGULATIONS

Personal use photography will be allowed. No flash photography. Any photographs, videotape or other audio and/ or visual recordings of the event created by a spectator may be used solely for such spectator’s personal non-commercial use, and may not be broadcast, published or disseminated, or used for any commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of U.S. Synchronized Swimming.

CHAMPIONSHIP PROGRAM – Full Color $10 each program. Please order in advance via online registration. Copies will be available for purchase at the pool main entrance. Be sure to take home copies of the Championship Program for family and club members who could not attend! Each team who submits a team photo will receive one complimentary championship program.

PROGRAM PHOTOS/ GREETINGS

CLUB PHOTOS: Participating clubs are invited to send solo, duet, trio, team and combo photos for the official championship program. Cost per photo is $25. Only digital photos will be accepted. Send photos as an attachment to an email. In the email subject line indicate the club name. In the body of the email include the complete name of club, city and state, description of photo, routine age, name and age of the swimmers. (DO NOT send a word text document.) Name your attached photo file a name that describes your team photo (i.e. SSY_30-39_trio.jpg).

PERSONAL GREETINGS: Family and Friends can submit personal greetings and pictures to be included in the championship program. Personal messages of good luck and a job well done can be submitted along with or without a photo. These photos and messages will be placed randomly in the program and will not be included in the team area of the program. Prices are in the payment section, below.
