140,000 families in 123 parishes and
22 schools

and form seminarians

you need to pay your monthly bills,
cover minor emergencies and go to
the movies

immediate needs

over the next eighteen months and will
conclude with pledge redemption in
2023

Schools, funding to expand parishes,
rural parishes, campus ministry,

Center. We can fully fund our priest

Return Procedures – Tips
Review the Return Procedures in your folder. Follow the step-by-step
instructions.
Do NOT open pledge envelopes as Letter Concepts uses lockbox
technology. They need to be positive that the pledge envelope contains
exactly what the donor put in it. When the envelope reaches them already
opened, they can no longer make that guarantee.
Send completed batches to the Processing Center immediately.
If you want to write a check for the anonymous cash, do not delay your
envelope. You can send the check in the envelope the following week.
Send your first two batches to Letter Concepts in the Tyvek envelope.
Send remaining pledges to the Stewardship & Development office at the
Diocese of Austin.
