SUBJECT: Registration for 63rd Annual Southeast Regional Conference

Greeting Sorors and Fraters:

Thank you for the opportunity to serve as your SER Tamiochus. This has been a challenging endeavor to facilitate online registration for the 63rd Southeast Regional Conference. Along with the assistance of Soror Alice Jackson, SER Tamias, we explored and communicated with a couple of companies to provide a means of registrations on the SER Website with a payment source that would be financially favorable for the Sorors/fraters of the Southeast Region. Keeping in mind of the vote not to increase registration, the results were not found to be favorable for 2016.

As our time is getting close, we regret that the registration for this conference will be processed by snail mail. The registration forms have been developed and are being emailed to each Chapter Basilei. We are requesting that each Basileus please download the 63rd Annual Southeast Region Registration forms. Copy and create one form (front and back). Then make copies for your members planning to attend the conference. Be sure that Sorors and/or Fraters complete forms and return with payment method as indicated. Encourage them to also be mindful of the Refund/cancellation statement and the Payments (Regional Activities Only) statements.

The Southeast Region’s Financial Report Form for 2016 has been reproduced to include the additional payment of the graduate chapter one- time per capita tax of $25.00/member as approved by vote at the 2015 SER Conference. This makes the total of $50.00/member for 2016. The Southeast Region Credentials Form has also had a small adjustment to include information of the chapter Basileus.

Standing Rule: Chapters shall be fined an additional twenty five ($25.00) dollars if not paying fees on or before January 30th each year.
