TRAINING IN ALTERNATING WORK-STUDIES
This is a partnership between :
» The internship environment » The labour market
Students achieve two internships in businesses, alternating with their studies at the Cégep (General and Professional Teaching College). The outcomes are significant :
FOR THE BUSINESS FOR THE INTERN

» The achievement of a project, a study, or a research.
» The opportunity to provide assistance during work overload
» The influence on the formation of a technician.
» The enrichment of the formation by practical experience in the labour market
» The confirmation of his choice of career
» The practice of his technical assets and development of his abilities
» The acknowledgement of real working conditions in a business
» The facilitation of the integration in the labour market
