Objective to engage in a personal relationship as mentor with the OT mentees, in order that they can explore their vocation as an Occupational therapists, to its fullest extent : -‐To walk with the OTs to assist them as graduate therapists in the context in which they are currently working from a client centred perspective. Format-‐ monthly face to face and skype conferencing – OT Australia program -‐ Entails personal goals and set tasks off site 2. DEAP Spirituality in occupational therapy practice – what does it mean? Objective To assist mentees to engage in a continued process of discernment that will assist them throughout life discern options, make choices and clarify from a client centred and occupation focused perspective. Through engaging with the mentees in a Spiritual Mentoring group process This process that engages the whole person in reflection upon what is essentially meaningful to themselves, their self determination, connectedness in relationships with clients and significant others and is also inclusive of their sense of the sacred, faith, and hope. Format-‐ over 36 weeks, 6 face to face peer group small meetings at Spiritual Health Australia
