current LWIT “schedule of classes”• Off-site clinicals are 40 hrs/wk

• Cumulative GPA threshold is 3.0 and is taken from the six prerequisite courses

• Minimum grade in each class must be 2.0• Cumulative GPA is initially a non-points bearing

application requirement• GPA could be used to rank candidates later in the

review process in the event of otherwise equally qualified applications

• 50 total hours of observation of licensed PT or PTA in clinical settings one from Category 1 and one from Category 2 and spend a minimum of 4 hours in any location

• Use the forms provided in the application, returned to you sealed, signed across flap

first-hand knowledge of the field

• Applicant is responsible for finding and setting up own observation/work experience
