• All prerequisite courses must be complete prior to application. There is no longer an “in-progress” provision.
• Up to 15 total applicants admitted per cohort• PTA Dept. can create an alternate list for a program
year-this is not a guaranteed practice

• 50 total hours of observation of licensed PT or PTA in clinical settings one from Category 1 and one from Category 2 and spend a minimum of 4 hours in any location
• Use the forms provided in the application, returned to you sealed, signed across flap
• Required component to ensure that applicants gain
first-hand knowledge of the field
• Applicant is responsible for finding and setting up own observation/work experience
