In the last 12 years the men’s and women’s teams at St. Lawrence have combined for over 400 wins. Men’s coach Chris Downs who has Liberty League Coach of the Year several times and has also been honored as New York State, and East Region Coach of the Year. He has also been a featured speaker at the New York State Coaching Clinic. Women’s coach Dan Roiger has won three Coach of the Year Awards in the past seven seasons and led the 2012-13 Saints to a Liberty League playoff championship and NCAA tournament appearance. In his four years at St. Law-rence his teams have won two league championships and finished second twice. The St. Lawrence women’s program has made nine NCAA appearances since 1998 with a trip to the championship game. The men’s program has made NCAA Elite Eight and NCAA second-round appearances.

The St. Lawrence FacilitiesBasketball Courts• Climate Controlled Newell Field House has four full sized courts.• 8 Outdoor courts are available around the athletic complex.• 5 Full-sized outdoor courts• Access to the Burkman Gymnasium, (above) home of the Saints men’s and women’s basketball teams.Swimming PoolAn indoor swimming pool is available to all campers.Certified lifeguards are on site at all times.Weight Training RoomSt. Lawrence has a brand new state-of-the-art weight training facility that is avail-able to all campers. Elite athletes are sure to take advantage of the expertise of the Saints strength and conditioning coach to establish a personalized program for themselves.Games RoomIncludes a variety of arcade games as well as pool tables. The game room also has many tables to allow the campers to enjoy a snack from the concession stand and socialize with other campers.

Camp begins Sunday at 4 p.m. and ends Thursday at 7 p.m.

Meals:All meals will be prepared and served by the University dining services. Meals are served in an air-conditioned dining hall and include an “All You Can Eat Buffet:” which includes such things as sandwiches, pasta, pizza, grilled items (burgers, chick-en, etc.) juices, milk, and ice cream. .

Camp Bank:All campers are strongly encouraged to keep their spending money in the camp bank. The bank is open any time the con-cession stand is open so the camper will have frequent access to his or her money. The bank is operated by a member of the camp staff and there is no fee for this service. The basketball camp cannot be responsible for any funds not placed in the camp bank.

Camp CounselorsAll camp counselors are hand selected and have years of coaching experience at Saints camps. In addition, many of the counselors are current Saint men’s and women’s basketball players.

Nightly ActivitiesEach evening Campers will have a variety of activities to choose from.Individual ImprovementSerious players will be able to receive one-on-one instruction from the camp staff. Individual programs can be devel-oped to allow the elite player to improve their game.Accomodations:All lodging will be in the University dor-mitory. 24 hour supervision by camp staff and University security.Supervised ScrimmageCampers can apply skills they learn in one-on-one, two-on-two, three-on-three or five-on-five full court play.Individual Videotape Shooting Analysis:Each camper will have his or her jump shot videotaped, critiqued and corrected.Recreation:Campers will have access to the swimming pool and games room.

Littlejohn Training RoomA spacious area for the care and pre-

vention of athletic injuries. The training room cares for all campers and includes rehabilitation equipment, taping tables

and whirlpools.
