sTATE-Of-THE-ART sAfETy. Our approach to safety includes a high-strength steel safety cage, 10 standard airbags,1 plus an available rear vision camera, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Side Blind Zone Alert,2 features that set the bar for safety. The 2015 Cruze received a 5-Star Overall Vehicle Score for safety from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).3

ONsTAR.4 Standard for six months with the Directions & Connections Plan, OnStar® features the Automatic Crash Response system.5 In a crash, built-in sensors can alert a specially trained OnStar Advisor, who can be immediately connected into your vehicle. Even if you can’t respond, OnStar can send whatever help you need, based on GPS coordinates and crash data.

sidE bLiNd ZONE ALERT.2 This available feature uses radar sensors on both sides of the vehicle to help “look” for other vehicles in the blind zone areas and alerts you of their presence.

REAR CROss TRAffiC ALERT ANd REAR VisiON CAMERA. This available system alerts you to crossing traffic behind your Cruze when travelling in reverse, such as backing out of a parking spot, including angled parking. Audible alerts, as well as visual alerts on the rear vision camera screen, are triggered if approaching vehicles are detected.
