Poly furniture ismade fromhigh-densitypolyethylene(HDPE),arecyclableplasticthatneverneedstobepaintedor stained. It will not rot or splinter, and it contains anaddedUVprotectiveagenttoresistfading.Polyfurnitureisnotaffectedbymostcorrosivesubstances,andwillnotpromotebacterialgrowth.

Tomaintainthebeautyofyourfurniture,cleanitregularlywith nonabrasive soap and water. While most colorsneedtobecleanedafewtimesperyearusingsoapandwater, certain colors such as white (but not limited tothis color) need to be cleaned more frequently in ordertomaintainitsoriginalbeauty.Inextremesituations,andwithcolorssuchaswhite,spraythefurniturethoroughlywithanonabrasivecleanerthenscrubthefurnitureusingasoftbristlebrushandrinseoffwithwarm,cleanwater.Ifneeded,spraythefurniturewithnonabrasivecleanerandwash it using a high-pressure washer. Do not place thetip of your pressurewasher closer than 8”-12” from thefurnitureoritwilltearintothematerial.

Donotplaceflowerpotsoranyitemsonfurniturethatwillleavestains.Donotplacehotitemsdirectlyontofurnituretoavoidmelting.

AllfastenersonfurnituremanufacturedbyBerlinGardensare stainless steel with most fasteners being chrome-plated stainless steel. Chrome-plated stainless steelis one of the most corrosive-resistant fasteners on themarket.However, inextremeconditionssuchascoastalareas, while chrome-plated stainless steel will be lesslikelytorust,itisstillrecommendedtoregularlyrinseitwithfreshwatertoensurethelongevityofyourfurnitureandfasteners.

Ifproperlycaredfor,youwillbeabletorelaxinyourfinepieceofpolyfurnitureformanyyears!

W A R R A N T Y

BerlinGardens,LLC(“BerlinGardens”)warrantstotheoriginalpurchaserthatitspolyethyleneoutdoorfurnitureproductswillbefreeoforiginaldefectsinworkmanshipandmaterialsforaperiodoftwenty (20) yearsofresidentialuseorfive (5) yearsofcommercialuseunlessotherwisenotedinwarranty.Thewarrantyiseffectivestartingonthedateofpurchase.Atitsoption,BerlinGardenswillrepairorreplacethisproductwithoutchargeformaterialsandlabor,providingourinspectionindicatesthatanoriginaldefectexists.ShouldBerlinGardenschoosetoreplacetheproduct,andtheproductisnolongeravailableatthetimewarrantyserviceisrequired,asubstitutionofsimilarperformanceandequalorgreatervaluewillbemade.Polyethylene isasyntheticproductandmayscratchor fadeslightlywhenexposedto sunlight or stain after prolonged contact with other substances. Some expansion andcontraction is to be expected due to extreme changes in humidity and temperature. Theforegoingshallnotbeconsidereddefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipandarenotcoveredunder this warranty. Stainless steel fasteners are warranted not to fail structurally for theapplicablewarrantyperiod.Stainlesssteelmayrustincertainextremeconditions(suchascoastalareas)ifnotmaintained.Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverrustingfastenersorstructuralfailureduetorustingfasteners,damagecausedbyunauthorizedserviceorrepair,alterationofthisproduct,abuse or misuse, normalwearandtearonmaterials,oranyattempttousetheproduct inamanneror forapurposeother than forwhich it iscustomarily intended.Thiswarranty also does not cover scratching or chipping of polyethylene, however, thiswarrantyshallnot limitanywarrantiesmadeby themanufacturer forsuch itemswhichmayextendtoyou.

Folding Chairs and Folding Accessories are warranted to be free of original defects inworkmanshipandmaterialforaperiodoften (10) yearsofresidentialuseortwo (2) yearsofcommercialuse.

Swivelsarewarrantednottofailstructurallyforfive (5) yearsofresidentialuseortwo (2) yearsofcommercialuse.

Cushionsarewarrantedtobefreeoforiginaldefectsinworkmanshipandmaterialforaperiodofone (1) yearofresidentialuseandarenotwarrantedforcommercialuse.Compressionofcushionsshallnotbeconsideredadefectinmaterialsandworkmanshipandarenotcoveredunderthiswarranty.
