The Henkell & Co.-Gruppe, headquartered in Wiesbaden,

Germany, with subsidiaries in 20 countries, exports its

sparkling wine, wine and spirits brands to more than 100

countries worldwide.

Fiscal year 2015The Henkell & Co.-Gruppe closed the past financial year

with a total turnover of 689.1 million euros, down slightly

year-on-year by 1.2 %. Domestic sales came to 284.3

million euros, international sales 404.8 million euros.

Despite a challenging market and competitive environment,

the corporation saw further organic, value-aligned growth

in fiscal year 2015.

Outlook for 2016

Our success is founded upon strong national and inter-

national brands, which we intend to further strengthen.

We will be concentrating particularly on the premium

segment, where our core competency lies.

The sparkling wine brands Henkell and Mionetto, in

combination with the successful i heart WINES assortment

of wines, are to propel our further international growth.

In the respective national markets the focus lies on the

further expansion of our strong domestic brands.

Our slogan Making Life Sparkle reflects our ongoing

mission to inspire even more people around the world with

the brands of Henkell & Co.

• The Henkell & Co.-Gruppe has subsidiaries operating in 20 countries,

and exports to more than 100 countries around the world.

• Sparkling wine, wine and spirits are produced at the company‘s three

production sites in Germany and 11 production sites around Western and

Eastern Europe.

• With very strong business results in both Western Europe (Italy, the UK and

Scandinavia) and the United States, Italian Prosecco producer Mionetto was

significantly responsible for the good international business results.

• Growth exceeding expectations: i heart WINES became established in the UK market

as one of the most successful wine brands in the past fiscal year.
