• BHE Renewables owns 681 megawatts of wind-poweredgeneration in operation and under construction.

• The 168-megawatt Pinyon Pines Wind I and 132-megawattPinyon Pines Wind II projects are located near Tehachapi,California.

• The 81-megawatt Bishop Hill II wind farm is located inHenry County, Ill.

• The 300-megawatt Jumbo Road wind project near Hereford,Texas, will be complete in 2015.

• In 2015, BHE Renewables acquired two wind projects thatwill allow for the development of up to 400 megawatts ofwind-powered generating facilities in Nebraska and up to225 megawatts of wind-powered generating facilities inIllinois.

GEOTHERMAL

• BHE Renewables is a leader in the development andproduction of energy from geothermal and natural gasresources.

• Operating as CalEnergy, the company owns 10 geothermalfacilities in California’s Imperial Valley. The combinednet capacity at Imperial Valley is 338 net megawatts.

• Its natural gas-fueled plants include a 512-megawatt plant inIllinois, a 212-megawatt plant in Texas and a 50-megawattplant in Arizona. The company also owns 184-megawatts ofnatural gas generation in New York.

HYDRO

• BHE Renewables owns the Wailuku hydroelectric facility,located in Hawaii, which has the capacity to produce up to10 megawatts of reliable, noncarbon energy.

• Through a build-operate-transfer arrangement with thePhilippine government, BHE Renewables operates andmaintains a power plant on the Philippine island of Luzon.The 128-megawatt Casecnan Multipurpose Irrigation andPower Project is a combined hydro and irrigation facilitythat diverts water from the Casecnan and Taan riversthrough a 16-mile-long tunnel to a generating plant.
