  • DEDICATION The 2015 Miami Dolphins Media Guide is dedicated to the memories of former DolphinsDefensive Coordinator Bill Arnsparger, linebacker John Bramlett, Media Relations CoordinatorMike Hanson, defensive tackle Bill Keating, Director of Professional Scouting Pat Peppler,cornerback Robert Sowell, quarterback Dick Wood and kicker Garo Yepremian, each of whompassed away within the past year.

    Arnsparger (Dec. 16, 1926 July 17, 2015) served two tours of duty with Miami (1970-73and 1976-83). In his 12 seasons with the Dolphins, the team earned four trips to the SuperBowl, winning two championships, including the only perfect season in NFL history. Thearchitect of two of the most famous defenses in the history of the league, the No-Namedefense and the Killer Bs, and the innovator behind modern day situational substitutionwith his introduction of the 53 defense, Arnspargers units ranked among the top 10 in theNFL in six of his 12 seasons in Miami.

    Bramlett (July 7, 1941 Oct. 23, 2014) played two seasons with Miami from 1967-68,earning a trip to the AFL All-Star Game following the 1967 season. He was traded to thePatriots along with quarterback Kim Hammond in exchange for future Hall of Famelinebacker Nick Buoniconti in 1969. Hanson (Feb. 1, 1966 June 17, 2015) served two seasons (1995-96) as media relationscoordinator with the Dolphins. He also was a member of the publicity departments of thePatriots as well as the NBAs Portland Trailblazers and the NHLs Florida Panthers. Keating (Nov. 22, 1944 Jan. 1, 2015) played defensive tackle during the 1967 seasonwith the Dolphins. He also saw action with the Denver Broncos (1966-67). Peppler (April 16, 1922 June 23, 2015) worked with the Dolphins from 1972-74 andwas part of Miamis consecutive Super Bowl championships. Sowell (June 23, 1961 June 22, 2015) joined the Dolphins as an undrafted free agentbefore the 1983 season and was named the teams Outstanding Special Teams Player thatyear. He played in Miami from 1983-85 and 1987, finishing his career with a sack and twointerceptions. Wood (Feb. 29, 1936 April 4, 2015) played for the Dolphins in the clubs inaugural 1966season and holds the distinction of being the first starting quarterback in team history. Heplayed for five different AFL teams, including the Broncos (1962), Chargers (1962), Jets(1963-64), Raiders (1965) and Dolphins (1966) during his football career, the only player todo so.

    Yepremian (June 2, 1944 May 15, 2015) played for the Dolphins from 1970-78 and ranksas the second-leading scorer in team history. His 37-yard field goal in the second overtimeended the longest game in NFL history, a Dolphins' playoff victory over the Chiefs onChristmas 1971. A two-time Pro Bowl selection (1973, 1978), Yepremian was named thegames most valuable player in 1973.

  • Stephen M. Ross, Chairman and Founder of Related Companies an international realestate firm began his ownership interest in the Miami Dolphins in February of 2008 whenhe became a 50 percent partner with H. Wayne Huizenga in the team, Sun Life Stadium andthe surrounding developable land. He increased that share to a 95 percent ownership of theteam and the stadium on January 20, 2009 and assumed the responsibility of ManagingGeneral Partner of both the Dolphins and the stadium, which culminated one of his long-held dreams; Mr. Ross grew up in South Florida and the Dolphins have been a lifetimepassion for him.

    Under Mr. Ross leadership, the Dolphins have become one of the most fan-friendlyteams in the National Football League. They have significantly expanded the Miami DolphinsFoundations presence in the South Florida community with a host of new civic and charitableinitiatives. Additionally, Mr. Ross reached a unique agreement with Miami-Dade County inJune of 2014 to modernize the home stadium of the Miami Dolphins. Phase I of the projectinvolves changing every seat in the stadium and rebuilding the concourses on the 100 and300 levels. Every seat in the stadium will be brand new and fans will notice improved foodand enhanced concourses throughout the entire facility. Phase II will involve the installationof a state-of-the-art canopy that will keep as many as 91 percent of the spectators in theshade and protected from the rain, depending on the time of the day and the month, andfour giant high-definition video boards, as well as upgrading the concourse at the 200 level.Also, Mr. Ross has lived up to his pledge to provide the coaches, staff and players all of thenecessary resources to build a winning team, including a multi-million dollar renovation of theclubs training facility over the past two seasons.

    In 2012, Mr. Ross and Matt Higgins founded RSE Ventures, a multi-national sports andentertainment venture firm with a focus on new technologies. Today, RSE Ventures owns andoperates a diverse group of companies in four interrelated verticals: Sports, Entertainment,Digital, and New Ventures. In addition to building businesses, RSE also actively invests inearly stage companies through its partnership with marketing expert and serial entrepreneur,Gary Vaynerchuk. In the summer of 2013, RSE revolutionized the international soccerlandscape by organizing the Guinness International Champions Cup, an innovativetransformation of the traditional European club preseason tours into a competitivetournament which has attracted hundreds of millions of viewers. The championship game ofthe tournament is held at Sun Life Stadium.

    Mr. Ross, a resident of Palm Beach and New York, formed Related in 1972. Today, thecompany is considered one of the most successful privately owned real estate firms in theUnited States, with expertise in fund management, development, acquisitions, propertymanagement, marketing and sales. Related is one of the largest owners of affordablehousing, has real estate assets valued at $20 billion and has developed over $22 billion inreal estate assets including the landmark Time Warner Center and Hudson Yardsdevelopment in New York City, and CityPlace in West Palm Beach.

    Mr. Ross graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of BusinessAdministration degree and from Wayne State University Law School with a Juris Doctordegree. He later received a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School ofLaw. In 2004, the University of Michigan renamed its business school the Stephen M. RossSchool of Business at the University of Michigan and in 2011, the school awarded him anhonorary Doctor of Laws degree at its commencement.

    Mr. Ross is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Equinox Holdings, Inc., and serves onthe Executive Committee and is a trustee of Lincoln Center. In addition, he is a trustee of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and the Guggenheim Foundation. He also is a director on the

Mr.Ross is also a director on the board of the World Resources Institute (WRI) and recentlyestablished the WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities, an innovative new initiative tointegrate urban planning, sustainable transport, energy and climate change, water resources,and governance.

    Over the years, Mr. Ross has received numerous honors for his business, civic, andphilanthropic activities. Most recently, he was named a New York Power Player by the NewYork Times, the Most Powerful Person in New York Real Estate by the New York Observer,Multi-Family Property Executive of the Year by Commercial Property News, and HousingPerson of the Year by the National Housing Conference. He also received The NationalBuilding Museum Honor Award, REBNYs Harry B. Helmsley Distinguished New Yorker Awardand the Jack D. Weiler Award from United Jewish Appeal. Crains New York named Mr. Rossone of the 100 Most Influential Leaders in Business and he was recognized by NYC &Company with their Leadership in Tourism Award.

    In May of 2013, Mr. Ross pledged to give more than half of his estate to philanthropiccauses and charitable organizations, including South Florida based institutions. Thecommitment was made through the Giving Pledge, a long-term global initiative created byWarren Buffett and Bill and Melinda Gates that aims to inspire deeper engagement inphilanthropy and increase charitable giving globally.

    In February of 2014, Mr. Ross spearheaded a white paper with the NYU Sports andSociety program, headed by University Professor Arthur R. Miller and NYU Law Dean andfounder of the Sports and Society Program Trevor Morrison, examining the phenomenon ofintolerant behavior in sports, and proposing a comprehensive range of initiatives focused onyouth athletics to combat them. Mr. Ross is working with Morrison, Miller, a team of NYU Lawfaculty, alumni, and students, as well as faculty affiliated with NYU to work on a range of linkedprojects examining the issue.

    SUN LIFE STADIUM MODERNIZATION PROJECT

    On June 17, 2014, the Miami-Dade County Commission approved by a 7-4 vote aPerformance-Based Marquee Event Grant Agreement, which moved forward the Sun LifeStadium modernization plan. The agreement gave bonus payments to the MiamiDolphins for hosting major events in exchange for Dolphins Chairman of theBoard/Managing General Partner Stephen Ross being financially responsible for therenovation of the stadium without county assistance.

    The agreement, which was designed to help bring marquee events such as SuperBowls, college football championships, college football semifinals, World Cup soccermatches as well as other international soccer events, is for a period of 20 years.

    The modernization of the stadium, which commenced on June 28, 2014, is takingplace during two off-seasons (2015 and 2016). When complete prior to the 2016 season,the stadium will have a canopy to protect fans from rain and sun, more seats closer to thefield, a reduced capacity of approximately 65,000, new HD lighting, upgraded soundsystem, four new video boards and other modern amenities.

  • Tom Garfinkel is in his third season as president and chief executive officer of the MiamiDolphins and Sun Life Stadium. He was named to the position on September 9, 2013.

    During Garfinkels tenure with the organization, he has led an executive team that hasgrown local revenue, lowered expenses and achieved the highest year-over-year home ticketsales growth in the NFL between 2013 and 2014. He also championed an innovative solutionto get Sun Life Stadium renovated into a world-class venue without putting the burden onlocal taxpayers. The two-year project will ensure that the facility will be transformed into aglobal entertainment destination for South Floridians to enjoy for many years to come. Thenew venue will include a roof canopy to shade fans with seats closer to the field, innovativenew luxury seating products and vastly improved concessions, security, parking and trafficexperiences for fans.

    Garfinkel joined the Dolphins after working with the San Diego Padres from 2009-13, wherehe served as president and chief executive officer. During his tenure with the Padres, Garfinkelled an executive team that grew local revenues and attendance, improved and innovatedconcessions, implemented new Wi-Fi throughout the ballpark, built a farm system recognized asthe best in baseball by ESPN.com in 2012, and negotiated a new landmark local TV contractworth more than $1.2B. In addition, the team was recognized in a Sports Business Journal surveyfor having the number one ticket sales and service team in baseball in both 2011 and 2012.Garfinkel also created the first Little League jersey program in Major League Baseball, outfittingover 23,000 Little Leaguers in San Diego with authentic Padres jerseys and hats from every era.

    Prior to joining the Padres, Garfinkel was executive vice president and chief operating officerof the Arizona Diamondbacks. During his tenure there, he built a long-term strategic plan for thefranchise, led the re-branding of the club and updating of Chase Field, and led a team thatproduced the highest controllable revenues in the franchises history in 2008.

    Prior to joining the Diamondbacks, Garfinkel spent five years with Chip Ganassi RacingTeams as executive vice president, overseeing all business operations of the 400-employeecompany. He negotiated more than $500 million in sponsorship and driver contracts thatresulted in a 280 percent increase of annual company revenue during his tenure. While Garfinkelwas at Chip Ganassi Racing Teams, the organization won two championships and grew toinclude three NASCAR Sprint Cup teams, one Nationwide Series team, two IndyCar teams andone Grand-Am team.

    Garfinkels background also includes time at Texaco, Inc. and at Miller Brewing Company.Garfinkel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and aMaster of Business Administration degree from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at theUniversity of Michigan.

    Garfinkel lives in Pinecrest, Fla. with his wife and three sons.

    Miami Dolphins Chairman of the Board and Managing General Partner Stephen Ross namedMike Tannenbaum as the teams executive vice president of football operations on January 6,2015. He originally joined the organization as a consultant in August 2014 and has 18 years ofNFL experience at various levels of NFL personnel departments and front offices.

    In his role, Tannenbaum oversees and coordinates the effort of football operations andadministration. He works together with General Manager Dennis Hickey and Head Coach JoePhilbin, and other senior executives in implementing the philosophy of building a championshipcaliber football team. In his first full offseason with the Dolphins in 2015, Tannenbaum helped landone of the top unrestricted free agents in four-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh,while also signing another player with a Pro Bowl on his resume in tight end Jordan Cameron, togo along with signing cornerback Brice McCain and trading for wide receiver Kenny Stills. He alsowas instrumental in signing Pro Bowl center Mike Pouncey and quarterback Ryan Tannehill tocontract extensions.

    For the past two years (2013-14), Tannenbaum served as a principal at Priority Sports andEntertainment as an agent. Prior to joining Priority, Tannenbaum spent 16 seasons (1997-2012)in various roles for the New York Jets, including his final seven years (2006-12) as the teamsexecutive vice president and general manager. During his time as general manager, the Jetswent to the playoffs three times, won four playoff games and made two AFC Championshipgame appearances.

    Tannenbaum began his tenure in New York as director of player contracts in 1997 and waspromoted to assistant general manager and director of pro personnel in 2001. In 2004, he waselevated to the role of assistant general manager and senior vice president of footballoperations before taking on the role of general manager prior to the 2006 season.Tannenbaums first draft at the helm as general manager began with the selection of twooffensive linemen, making the Jets the first team since the 1975 L.A. Rams to select twooffensive lineman in the first round. Both left tackle DBrickashaw Ferguson, chosen fourthoverall, and center Nick Mangold, selected 29th overall, were named to various NFL All-Rookieteams and have since been named to multiple Pro Bowls. That draft class started 47 games in2006 and helped the Jets advance to the first round of the NFL playoffs with a record of 10-6, asix-win improvement from the 2005 campaign.

    In Tannenbaums second draft as GM, the Jets selected two invaluable additions to theirdefense. Using the trade route, they moved up in rounds one and two to select cornerbackDarrelle Revis and linebacker David Harris, respectively. Both emerged as starters as rookies.Revis quickly blossomed into a perennial All-Pro and Harris emerged as one of the games mostconsistent linebackers. The 2011 draft generated an immediate impact when Tannenbaumselected first-rounder Muhammed Wilkerson, who started all 16 games on the defensive lineduring his rookie season.

    Tannenbaum began his career in the NFL with the New Orleans Saints in 1994 before acceptingthe position of player personnel assistant with the Cleveland Browns in 1995. He returned to theSaints for the 1996 season as a player personnel assistant prior to joining the Jets in 1997.

    A native of Needham, Mass., Tannenbaum received a degree in accounting from theUniversity of Massachusetts-Amherst and graduated cum laude from Tulane University LawSchool. He also was selected to the NFL General Managers Advisory Committee in 2008 andappointed to the Board of Directors of the Sports Lawyers Association, while serving as amember of the American Bar Association in the Sports and Entertainment division.

    Dennis Hickey is entering his second season with the Dolphins after Chairman of the Boardand Managing General Partner Stephen Ross named him the teams general manager onJanuary 28, 2014. Hickey works together with Executive Vice President of Football OperationsMike Tannenbaum and Head Coach Joe Philbin in implementing the philosophy of building achampionship caliber football team. He is responsible for football operations and administration,including directing the college and pro personnel departments. He directs all scouting effortsinvolving the college draft, free agency, the Canadian Football League and personnel of theother 31 NFL teams.

    In his two offseasons with the Dolphins, Hickey has played an important role in acquiring fourplayers with Pro Bowls on their resume, including signing one of the top unrestricted free agentsin 2015 in four-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh and tight end Jordan Cameron.He also played a key role in signing Pro Bowl center Mike Pouncey and quarterback RyanTannehill to contract extensions. In 2014, he helped bring aboard tackle Branden Albert and re-signed cornerback Brent Grimes. In his first season overseeing the teams draft in 2014, theDolphins selected tackle JaWuan James and wide receiver Jarvis Landry with their first twopicks, both of whom were selected to the PFWA All-Rookie team.

    Hickey joined the Dolphins after spending 18 years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers,including three seasons (2011-13) as the teams director of player personnel. During his time asTampa Bays director of player personnel, Hickey worked alongside General Manager MarkDominik to engineer a series of impressive off-seasons both via free agency acquisitions as wellas through the NFL draft. In addition to his eye for talent evaluation, Hickey also has a history ofscouting and evaluating all levels of professional football including NFL, CFL and the ArenaFootball League while also handling all aspects of the NFL draft. He also assisted in managingthe day-to-day football operations focusing on player personnel, overseeing both the propersonnel and college scouting departments. Along with his football operations duties, Hickeyalso assisted Dominik and the Buccaneers coaching staff with all transactions made by the team,including daily roster moves, free agency and contract negotiations.

    Hickey served as director of college scouting from 2005-09. Prior to taking a senioradministrative and personnel role with the Buccaneers, Hickey was a member of the teamscollege scouting staff where he was responsible for the Midwest region of the country. He joinedthe Buccaneers as a pro personnel assistant in 1996 following a stint as a coach at Blinn JuniorCollege where he was responsible for coaching the defensive backs as well as recruiting in thestate of Texas. Hickey has been a part of programs throughout his career whether on the highschool, collegiate or professional level that have gone on to win championships, including a highschool state championship in 1989, a junior college national championship in 1990 and a SuperBowl title in 2002. Hickey began his collegiate career as a safety at Coffeyville CommunityCollege in Coffeyville, Kansas, where he was a captain and an academic All-American prior tobecoming a three-year starter and letter winner at safety for the University of Tulsa. Hegraduated from the University of Tulsa with a degree in history/education.

    Dennis and his wife, Stephanie, have one daughter, Breanna, and one son, Barrett. Apassionate supporter of community efforts, Hickey regularly assists with Special Olympicsprograms throughout South Florida. For the last two summers, Hickey and Dolphins players havemet with and held flag football clinics with Special Olympics athletes. Additionally, he hosts localorganizations at home games as part of Hickeys Heroes through the Dolphins All-CommunityTeam program. Hickey was recognized for these efforts when he was selected as winner of theExecutives Award of the inaugural Steinberg-DeNicola Awards for Humanitarian Service, which waspresented during Super Bowl XLIX. The awards are designed to recognize an owner, an executive,a coach, and a player who supports their community through service and charitable actions.

    Dawn Aponte, in her sixth season with the Miami Dolphins, joined the team on February1, 2010, bringing with her a wealth of football experience at the team and league level. Shewas promoted to executive vice president of football administration in July 2012 after servingas the clubs senior vice president of football operations from 2010-11. Aponte works closelywith and in support of Executive Vice President of Football Operations Mike Tannenbaum onall football operations and support functions. She also serves as the teams chief contractnegotiator and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the footballbusiness and administration operations, including management and strategic planning of theteams salary cap and financial planning, negotiating and drafting player and football relatedcontracts, the football operations budgets and labor relations issues while also maintainingand cultivating the teams relationship with the NFL and its member clubs. In addition,Aponte serves as the teams liaison on league affairs.

    A veteran football executive, Aponte was named to USA Footballs Board of Directors onOctober 17, 2013. As a member of the independent non-profits board of directors, she helpsguide the sports national governing body in leading the games development for youth, highschool and other amateur football players. USA Football is the official youth footballdevelopment partner of the NFL, partnering with leading medical organizations andcollaborating with football stakeholders for a better, safer game through coaching educationand player skill advancement.

    Aponte also was selected by the NFL to make a presentation in 2013 at the leaguesCareer Development Symposium at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School ofBusiness.

    Aponte joined the Dolphins after spending the 2009 season as vice president of footballadministration for the Cleveland Browns. In her role with the Browns, Apontes primaryresponsibilities included player contract negotiations, salary cap management, player costbudgeting, league compliance and assisting in other legal matters.

    Aponte joined the Browns organization after spending the previous three years at the NFLoffice, where she served on the leagues Management Council as the vice president of laborfinance. In her position at the NFL Management Council, Aponte represented the 32 clubs indealings with the NFL Players Association and Class Counsel on salary cap and other laborrelated matters. She also dealt with the clubs on Collective Bargaining Agreement, salary capand player contract matters. Aponte served on the Management Council Working ClubExecutive Committee and worked with the ten-member owner committee (ManagementCouncil Executive Committee) on collective bargaining issues and labor related matters.

    Prior to joining the league office, Aponte worked for the New York Jets for nearly 15 yearsin various capacities, most recently as the clubs senior director of football administration. Inthat role, she worked closely with the assistant general manager on matters pertaining to theNFLs CBA, player contract negotiations and salary cap management. Aponte graduated witha Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware in 1993 andpassed the C.P.A. exam shortly thereafter. She went on to receive her Masters degree inFinance and Management from Wagner College in 1999, then continued on to earn her JurisDoctorate from New York Law School and is a member of the New York State Bar.

    Aponte and her husband, Kevin, have four children Matthew, Madison, Caroline andThomas.

  • Todd Boyan is senior vice president of operations at Sun Life Stadium and has been in theNFL for more than 20 years. Sun Life Stadium is the home of the Miami Dolphins (NFL),Orange Bowl (CFP), University of Miami Hurricanes (NCAA) and other world-class events.Boyan is responsible for all aspects of stadium operations and oversees engineering,grounds, guest services, housekeeping, operations, parking and security, and coordinatingevent logistics with various local, state and federal governmental agencies.

    During Boyans tenure, Sun Life Stadium has hosted numerous national and internationalsporting events including Super Bowl XLI in 2007, the BCS National Championship game in2009 and 2013, the 2010 Pro Bowl and Super Bowl XLIV in 2010. The stadium had thedistinction of being the first to host the Pro Bowl before the Super Bowl was played, and thefirst to host the Pro Bowl on the U.S. mainland in 30 years. Sun Life Stadium is recognizedthroughout the industry as one of the busiest multi-purpose facilities in the world due in largepart to the stadiums expertise in hosting big events.

    Since Boyan joined Sun Life Stadium in 2006, he has played an integral role in securingsome of the biggest musical artists to perform at the venue, including The Police (2007),Madonna (Sticky and Sweet Tour in 2008), Paul McCartney, U2 (360 Tour in 2011), Black EyedPeas (2011), Cirque du Soleil (2013, 2014), JAY Z and Justin Timberlake (2013) and JAY Z andBeyonc (2014). In addition to these high profile concerts, the stadium hosts other specialevents that include Wrestle Mania 28, Monster Jam, Jazz in the Gardens and internationalsoccer that includes powerhouse clubs FC Barcelona, Chelsea, AC Milan and the 2010 WorldCup champion Spain, Brazil, Colombia and Mexican national teams, as well as more than 200other events that are held on stadium grounds.

    Boyan and his team were integral in Sun Life Stadium breaking attendance records threetimes for the largest crowds to watch a soccer game in the state of Florida. Under Boyansleadership, Sun Life Stadium hosted a match between Barcelona and Chivas de Guadalajaraon Aug. 3, 2011 that drew 70,080. That record was broken on Nov. 16, 2013 when Sun LifeStadium hosted Honduras played Brazil in front of a crowd of 71,124. Then the record wasbroken for a third time when Brazil and Colombia competed on Sept. 5, 2014 in front of73,429 enthusiastic fans.

    During Boyans tenure, Sun Life Stadium has twice broken its attendance records forentertainment events. First, the venue hosted a U2 concert in 2011 in front of a crowd of 75,529.The record was broken as Boyan collaborated to host Sun Life Stadiums largest ever crowd foran entertainment event when 78,363 attended Wrestlemania on April 1, 2012. At the time, thatfigured marked record attendance for the WWE. Boyan also was instrumental in Sun Life Stadiumhosting the largest attendance in the stadiums history where Alabama defeated Notre Dame inthe 2013 BCS National Championship game in front of a record crowd of 81,120.

    Boyan came to Sun Life Stadium after a nine-year career as the vice president ofoperations for the Washington Redskins. He joined FedExField in Washington upon itsopening in 1997. Boyan was responsible for stadium operations for Redskins games, collegefootball games, security, team travel arrangements and training camp. He also assisted NFLTransportation with the development and implementation of traffic plans with Super BowlXXIX through Super Bowl XXXVII.

    Prior to his role with the Redskins, Boyan worked for the Florida Marlins Baseball Clubfrom 1992-1995 in ticketing. He also managed ticket operations for the former Marlins SpringTraining site, Space Coast Stadium in Melbourne, when it first opened.

    Boyan graduated in 1992 with a Bachelors of Arts degree from Georgetown University,where he also played varsity baseball. Boyan and his wife, Christine, live in Plantation withtheir two children Rachel and Jack.

  • Chris Clements is in his second season with the Dolphins, having been named senior vicepresident and chief financial officer on May 7, 2014. In his role, he reports directly to Presidentand Chief Executive Officer Tom Garfinkel and is responsible for the club and stadiumsfinancial, insurance, banking, business systems and purchasing operations.

    During the 2014 season, Clements worked closely with his team on improvements to theDolphins budget and strategic planning, innovative business and accounting solutions,implementing best practices and efficiency in accounting processes and providing leadership.

    Clements joined the Dolphins after working with IMG since 1996 in a variety of leadershippositions. He most recently served as senior vice president and business unit chief financialofficer of several sports and entertainment segments in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, Clementswas the lead business partner with four division presidents in consulting, clients, academiesand tennis. He led the finance staff and was responsible for the development of theorganizations three-year strategic planning, annual budget and monthly reporting process.

    Clements was promoted to IMG senior vice president in 2013 after serving as vice presidentand business unit CFO of four segments in sports & entertainment. He also held positions atIMG as vice president, senior finance director of the golf business unit and vice president,finance director, clients business unit in Cleveland and was the controller for IMG Canada.

    Clements holds a degree in accounting from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan.In 2015, Clements received the Alumni Achievement Award from his alma mater, the highesthonor the university bestows upon an alumnus.

    He is a CPA, qualified in the state of Ohio. He and his wife, Sherry, reside in Parkland, Fla.,with their three children Riley, Ella and Blaine.

  • Tery Howard is in her 17th season with the Miami Dolphins and Sun Life Stadium as seniorvice president and chief technology officer. In her role, Howard is responsible for managingand directing the technology initiatives and strategic direction of business operations at theMiami Dolphins and Sun Life Stadium. Her primary focus includes infrastructure,telecommunications, business systems and broadcast media, in converging the technologiesand services to position Sun Life Stadium and the Miami Dolphins at the forefront of theindustry.

    Respected throughout the industry, Howard is frequently called upon to contribute to ITpresentations, panel discussions and workshops. Under her leadership, Sun Life Stadium andthe Miami Dolphins are transforming the technologies to offer an innovative, connectedvenue, through the activation of digital mediums to drive consumer and fan engagementvalue. The Miami Dolphins were recognized by InfoWorld as one of the Top 100 companieswho have made the best use of technology to enhance their business, and also recognizedby PC Magazine as one of the Top 10 companies using technology in intelligent ways toimprove their business. Howard also was recognized by SportsBusiness Journal in 2011 as aGame Changer in Sports for her innovation and impact to the industry. In addition, Howardwas a finalist for the Technology Leader of the Year Award at the Greater Miami Chamber ofCommerce in 2007.

    With Howard at the helm, her team was recognized by ComputerWorld as leaders in BestPractices in Mobile & Wireless. In addition to her responsibilities within the Dolphinsorganization, Howard also is actively involved in various community initiatives and advisoryboards, providing guidance and a leadership role in the community and beyond. In 2010,Howard was recognized by the FBI Cyber Division for her vision and support of the FBI-SOS(Safe Online Surfing) Internet Challenge. The following year, Howard was tapped as therecipient of the Glass Ceiling Award from Florida Diversity Council. She now serves as anadvisor to eMerge Americas, Florida CIO Executive Council, Sports and EntertainmentAlliance and Technology and Beacon Council of South Florida. Additionally, she serves on theSt. Thomas Universitys Deans Advisory Council, as well as engaging in speaking and panelmember invitations throughout the U.S. and abroad on a variety of technology topics.

    Howard joined the Dolphins after 16 years with Carnival Cruise Lines, where she gainedexperience managing all of Carnivals shipboard technologies. She earned a Bachelor ofScience and a Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University (FIU),and resides in Miami Beach with her husband Eric and three children Natalie, Charlie andMonica.

    Galante spent his first six years in Miami overseeing the stadiums ticket sales, including servingas vice president of ticket sales and operations. During that time, he also oversaw the ticketoperations of the Florida Marlins, including their inaugural season in 1993 and their WorldChampionship season in 1997. He began his career with the Chicago Cubs in 1983.

    Galante graduated from St. Marys University in Winona, Minnesota with a degree inmarketing & management. He is a member of the Nova Southeastern University MBA SportRevenue Generation Advisory Board. He and his wife, Barbara, are members of the ALSAssociation, which works toward finding a cure for Lou Gehrigs Disease. They live in Plantationwith their son, Christian.

    Jason Jenkins is in his seventh season with the Miami Dolphins and was named senior vicepresident of communications and community affairs in January 2015. Jenkins oversees theorganization's front-facing brands, including media outreach, public relations, digital mediaand community efforts. He directs the communications department in managing the strategicplanning and implementation of projects, including Sun Life Stadium and its allied events andprograms. Additionally, he leads the organizations community affairs, including the MiamiDolphins Foundation, related events and fundraising.

    Jenkins previously served as the teams vice president of communications, being namedto that position in May 2013. Jenkins also served as the teams senior director of mediarelations and originally started with the Dolphins in 2009 as director of media relations. Priorto joining the Dolphins, Jenkins worked in the media relations department for the SanFrancisco 49ers as the director of public relations, operations and assistant public relationsdirector. Jenkins has been selected by the NFL to coordinate public relations for the Pro Bowlseven times (2003, 2004, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012) and one time for the NFCChampionship Game (2006). He also has conducted seminars at the Rookie Symposium andNFL Business Summit on media relations.

    Prior to his move to the 49ers, Jenkins served as the associate athletic director at TexasSouthern University from 1999-2002 and as athletic sales and promotion manager and sportscommunications assistant at Lehigh University from 1997-99.

    A native of Houston, Texas, Jenkins earned his bachelors degree in 1997 in broadcastjournalism from Texas Tech University, where he played defensive back for the Red Raiders.Upon graduation, Jenkins worked in various positions within the athletics department atTexas Tech.

    He resides in Coral Springs with his wife Elizabeth, and two children Liya and Aiden.

    Longtime Miami Dolphins player and executive Nat Moore is entering his fourth season assenior vice president of special projects and alumni relations, after being named to theposition on April 1, 2012. Moore oversees the Dolphins alumni activities and, in an expandedsenior advisory role, works closely with Dolphins President and Chief Executive Officer TomGarfinkel on a variety of special projects.

    Moore in his role directs one of the NFLs largest fan bases in South Florida andincorporates the teams legends in various activities the franchise hosts. During the 2015season, he will collaborate closely with the historical affairs department, as well as severalareas within the organization, to commemorate the Miami Dolphins 50th season, including aspecial marquee celebration during the Dec. 14 home game against the New York Giants.

    In addition, Moore has represented the Dolphins franchise at countless charitable andcivic activities. He handled alumni, youth and special projects for the team starting in 2006,serving as a key organizational liaison to former Dolphins players and coaches nationwide. Herepresents the alumni on the teams Honor Roll selection committee and is a majorcontributor to all of the organizations activities honoring the great teams and individuals inDolphins history.

    One of the most celebrated players in Dolphins history, Moore was drafted in the thirdround of the 1974 draft (78th overall) out of the University of Florida. Moore spent his entire13-year NFL career as one of the most productive offensive players in Dolphins history.Moore ranks among the top three players in seven major career statistical categories. He issecond in career touchdowns (75), receiving touchdowns (74) and combined yardage (8,950)and third in receptions (510), receiving yards (7,547), total yards from scrimmage (7,795) andreceiving touchdowns (12) in a season. He also played in Super Bowls XVII and XIX.

    Moore earned All-Pro recognition and was a Pro Bowl selection in 1977. He was namedthe teams Most Outstanding Receiver for six straight years (1974-79). On December 5, 1999,the Dolphins organization honored Moore as the 12th honoree and second receiver to beinducted into the Dolphins Honor Roll. He also is one of 15 former Dolphins to be inductedinto the Florida Sports Hall of Fame.

In thisrole, Kline oversaw sales and client activation for the cable television network, AXS TV, as wellas AXS Ticketing and the AXS.com Digital Network.

    Kline also served as the day-to-day interface for AEG with Farmers Insurance on allelements associated with returning the NFL to Los Angeles and the building of Farmers Field.During his tenure at AEG, Kline launched the Partnership Innovation group providingconsulting services and industry leading best practices to the worldwide AEG GlobalPartnerships Sales and Activation teams, as well as created award winning partnerships andactivations at signature AEG assets such as Staples Center, L.A. LIVE and the 02 London.

    Prior to his time with AEG, Kline served as the senior corporate marketing manager for theNFL Players Association and an account director at GroupM ESP.
