Enrique DeLaRosa: Hands down the BEST agent we have ever worked with. We had to PCS prior to the

sale of our home, and she went in and made sure everything was taken care of after we had left. There

was a small plumbing problem, and she went out of her way to find a plumber, and waited at our house

for him to show up, and paid the bill! We reimbursed her for it of course, but the point is, she was there.

I would highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the San Antonio area!

was with an hour, paperwork was relativity quick minus a few errors that could have been avoided.

Wendy Dodson: Ms. Patty Flores is one of the most professional and best real state agents I had

business regarding home purchases. She was always attentive and receptive. She always answered all of

our questions and if she didn't had the answer at that moment she always researched it and gave us the

answer promptly after. Ms. Flores always looked after our best interests by asking several critical

questions to every seller or seller's real state representative. Ms Flores always answered our phone calls

and responded to our emails or texts immediately. My husband and I are very pleased with Ms. Flores

excellent customer service and we will always keep her in mind for future services or referrals.

Matthew Clough: Demetrio did an awesome job and made our home buying experience enjoyable. He

was always professional and always made it a priority to meet us at every home we wanted to look at.

He never pressured us in making a decision and really cared about what we wanted in our first home. I

feel like he stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process, we put in an offer on a short sale

home below asking price and with demetrio's help we received a great deal on the home and are now

very happy first time buyers. I will recommend demetrio to all my friends and family.

buying before moving to the San Antonio area from New England. He was a wonderful agent and I

would (and have) recommend him to anyone moving to the area!

Frank Gonzales: ERA Agent Brian Montgomery did a great job. The only concern was with the Title

Company some difficult in get the right information on the Affidavit. You might want to consider using a

different company.

estate, the local area, service providers, and general home repair and contracting are added bonuses

adding to the confidence and trust I could place in our discussions.

Theresa Spencer: Brian's extensive experience in the construction industry proved to be invaluable

during the process of viewing homes. While we were busy looking at the asthetics of the homes, Brian

was examining the structural integrity and pointing out potential issues or reassuring us of the
