Dear Toast Sponsor,

Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens - along with honorary event chair Gavin Herbert, founder of Allergan, and his wife Ninetta, will be hosting its premiere fundraiser “Toast to the Casa”. This year’s theme is –

— A SLICE IN TIME — Sit amidst the orange groves and soak up the sweet Southern California history when citrus was king! With lush decor, fine food and wines, premiere entertainment, a live and silent auction – “Toast to the Casa” will feature the best of San Clemente. You are cordially invited to participate in this magical event on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

We hope to see you at this year’s event! We are grateful for your participation and support as we preserve our beautiful City and the Casa’s mission. Casa Romantica welcomes over 1000 local students each year through free programs including school tours, theater camp and Annual Student Art Exhibition. In July 2015, we will embark on a free two week Music Academy for students ages 8 -13 in piano, violin, viola and cello. Please help us secure the Casa’s future.

$500 — PINOT LEVEL• One (1) complimentary ticket to the “Toast to the Casa” (a $200 value) at the Pinot Level• Complimentary FamilyPLUS membership for two people• Recognition listing in the Toast to the Casa program.• Recognition in all “Toast to the Casa” publicity:

- Name included in paid advertisements in the San Clemente Times, Dana Point Times, Capistrano Dispatch and Sun Post (distribution approximately 40,000)

- Name or business listing on all electronic promotion (4,000+ e-mail recipients)- Recognition as a sponsor in post-Toast ‘thank you’ ads that appear in local press- Name submitted with all press releases for pre- and post-event marketing- Name added to the Casa Romantica website as a Toast sponsor.

$1,000 — CHARDONNAY LEVELIn addition to all benefits listed in the Pinot Level you will receive:

• Two (2) complimentary tickets to the “Toast to the Casa” (a $400 value) at the Chardonnay Level• Complimentary FamilyPLUS membership for four (4) people• Invitation to the annual President’s Circle Holiday Party for two people.

$2,500 — CABERNET LEVELIn addition to all benefits listed in the Chardonnay Level you will receive:

• Four (4) complimentary tickets to the “Toast to the Casa” (a $400 value) at the Cabernet Level• Complimentary FamilyPLUS membership for six (6) people• Name and logo printed on invitation being sent to over 2,000 prime address• Name and logo included on all electronic promotion• Name/company name announced on stage at event• Invitations to President’s Circle Events

$10,000 — PREMIERE LEVEL | In addition to all benefits listed in the Platinum Level you will receive:• Eight (8) complimentary tickets to the “Toast to the Casa” (a $2,000 value) at the Premiere Level• 16 complimentary tickets to select Casa Captivating Season programs and concerts• Complimentary full page ad in “Toast to the Casa” program• Prominent placement of logo and name on event advertising materials, website and press.• Use of the Casa site for one private or corporate event up to 100 people. Includes use of the site for up to 6 hours, standard tables, chairs,

linens, set-up and breakdown, site supervisor for the duration of the event and cleaning fees. Mon - Thurs only, based on availability. Not valid for weddings. Excludes holidays. There will be a charge of $35 per person for parties larger than 100 people.

$15,000 — PRODUCER LEVEL | In addition to all benefits listed in the Premiere Level you will receive:• Program series naming opportunity during the 2015/16 Casa Captivating season.

Casa Classic (four classical music programs), Casa Cool (four jazz programs), Casa Kinetic (two dance programs), Casa Up Close (eight lecture programs), Casa Coastal (summer exhibition), Casa Drama (two productions), Casa Comedy and Open Casa (three gallery opening receptions).

FACTSThe Annual Toast to the Casa Benefit Gala will be used to support Casa Romantica programs.

More than 15,000 individuals each year benefit from Casa Romantica’s on-going exhibitions and community directed programming of exhibitions, concerts, garden experiences, and educational programs.

The annual Toast to the Casa is a black tie optional gala devoted to fine wine, fine food, and the performing and visual arts. Toast is the Casa’s most important annual fundraiser. It is the cornerstone of our fundraising year.

Includes use of the site for up to 6 hours, standard tables, chairs,

linens, set-up and breakdown, site supervisor for the duration of the event and cleaning fees. Mon - Thurs only, based on availability. Not valid for weddings. Excludes holidays. There will be a charge of $35 per person for parties larger than 50 people.
