Dear Friend of the Wisconsin Flute Festival, The Madison Flute Club and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Flute Studio are pleased to invite your participation as an advertiser, exhibitor, and sponsor for the 12th annual Wisconsin Flute Festival. The festival will take place on April 18, 2015 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Pyle Conference Center. We are proud to have innovative and creative flutist, performer, teacher, and low flutes specialist, Peter Sheridan as our featured artist who will be visiting from Australia. The day will include hands-on classes, flute choir reading sessions, low flutes and orchestral masterclasses, collegiate and young artist competitions, and the opportunity to meet and network with flutists from all around the Midwest. The festival draws participants from across Wisconsin and beyond. The exhibit area will provide an opportunity for many festival attendees to try step-up and professional quality instruments or purchase music and other music- related supplies. Professional and amateur flutists, university faculty, college, high school, and middle school flutists and their families attend the festival. We ensure all festival participants have time to visit the exhibit hall. In addition to exhibiting at the festival, vendors are highly encouraged to place a display ad in the program booklet and participate in a Spotlight Presentation for greater exposure. We are currently planning two Spotlight Presentations dependent on interest. For exhibitors wishing to help promote the continuation of the festival and support our youth outreach, we would invite you to be a Festival Sponsor. Please review the different levels of festival sponsorship on the following page. All sponsors are recognized in the festival program book, on our website, and at the gala concert. Please review the attached Exhibitor Information and Registration form for additional information including exhibitor agreements, program display requirements, sponsorships, and facility table rental fees.
