Ellepack designs and manufactures thermoformed trays for industrial handling and packaging. The use of trays allows a clean and rational management of products, which provides protection and positio-ning accuracy. The trays can be made of various materials (PVC, PET, PET/PE, PS, PS ESD, PS/PE, PS-PE (BLEND), PS/EVOH/PE, PS/TPE, HIPS, ABS, ABS V0, ABS/PMMA, ABS/TPU, ABS-PC (BLEND), PC) and thickness (from 0.3 mm to 10 mm) in relation to the needs of handling. They can be single sheet, light and inexpensive, or double-shell design for high flow and posi-tioning precision. Each type of tray can be designed for se in manual handling or automated. Careful design and attention to production standards allow the creation of trays specific to the

needs of the customer.

Ellepack progetta e produce vassoi termoformati per la movimentazione industriale e l’imballaggio. L’utilizzo di vassoi permette una gestione ra-zionale e pulita dei prodotti, ai quali garantisce protezione e precisione di posizionamento. I vassoi possono essere realizzati in diversi materiali (PVC, PET, PET/PE, PS, PS ESD, PS/PE, PS-PE (BLEND), PS/EVOH/PE, PS/TPE, HIPS, ABS, ABS V0, ABS/PMMA, ABS/TPU, ABS-PC (BLEND), PC) e spessori (da 0.3 mm a 10 mm) , in relazione alle esigenze della movimentazione. Possono essere a singola foglio, leggeri ed economici, o a dop-pio guscio per elevate portate e precisioni di posizionamento.
