The 2016 Board

Hi neighbors, The good news is that Hurricane Matthew did not directly hit Delray Beach. Unfortunately the lightening strikes and high winds did considerable damage to our community:

Four cameras were destroyed as was the recorder.

Two wireless transmitters were fried. The replacements are installed and up and running.

The computer board for the entry pedestal was also severely damaged, which is why our gate is currently in the up position. The new computer board has been ordered and we hope to have it installed shortly.

Two irrigation pumps were also destroyed and should be functioning this week.

A 25' coconut palm imploded at the gate and four oleander trees shat-tered.

We will address these issues as well. Meanwhile your lawn is getting dry, so please water it. Just a friendly reminder, guest parking is for guests only. We would prefer not to tow your vehicle, however, we will if necessary. Our annual budget meeting is on October 21, 2016 at 7 pm in the clubhouse. Until next time, Ross
