Cherry Chase Student/Parent Directory Phone App

The PTA has purchased an easytouse directory phone app this year in lieu of the online

directory. It will be easier than ever to find contact information for parents or students you wish

to reach.   The DirectorySpot App only lists phone numbers and emails – no addresses are included. Information will be sortable by classroom, grade level, or name.

Why is this mobile school directory so helpful?

FAST Unlike a mobile website, you don’t need an internet connection or to wait for data to load.

ACCESS ANYTIME  Once the app is downloaded on your iPhone or Android device, it doesn’t “load” whenever you

open it. It sits on your device and you can readily access it anytime, even if you are offline.

EASY SEARCHES The app's search feature makes searching by teacher, grade, or name easy and fast.

TOUCHTOCONTACT  Dial and email by clicking on fields within the app.

NO MORE PAPER AND SECURE Good for the environment, good for you! All data is encrypted + personal password protected,

so your information is kept private.

UPTODATE Updated anytime by the PTA administrator through our secure website.

If you don't have an iPhone or Android phone, you can access the Directory data via the web

and we can also provide a PDF of the family data, if needed. Look for more information about

DirectorySpot in the Charger eBlast email newsletter in the coming weeks. We will let you know

when our directory is ready to be accessed!

If you'd like to opt out of the directory and take your family's contact information out, contact [email protected] .
