■ Each project has $2000 in department funding
■ Other sources:
– External partners (government, industry, etc.)
– Internal university funding
– CUESEF (late September)
– CSES Student Group Fund
– Student Experience in Engineering and Design (SEED) Fund
– Carleton Futurefunder (crowd sourced funding)

■ Final Design Reviews for all Projects in a
parallel session “conference” format in Tory
■ Hardware displays/posters (Galleria)
■ Industry and external guests
– Networking dinner/reception planned
■ Media and high school students to be invited
