CHAMINADE PACE PROGRAMPathway to Access College EarlyThe Chaminade PACE Program is a Dual Credit Program that allows your son to earn college credit while attending Chaminade that can transfer to a college or university upon graduation.

Bridging the process of earning a college degree and escalating the attainment of a Bachelor’s Degree, double major or begin work on a Masters’ Degree

Earning college credit that can fulfill many university general studies requirements, including English, Math, Science, History and Language Courses

Saving money on tuition and books (dual credit cost is only 20% of normal tuition)

When I started at Washington University, I did not think that any of credit hours I had built up at Chaminade would transfer over. To my pleasant surprise though, nearly all of the English & Literature, History and Language courses I had taken through SLU’s ACC Program were able to be applied to my engineering degree requirements. Washington University Engineers are required to take 18 hours of Humanities or Social Sciences courses. I received credit for these courses due to the work I had done in my ACC courses at Chaminade. BUT HOW DOES THIS SAVE MONEY?

Let’s take a student from the Class of 2015 as an example.

This student was able to attend Texas Christian University with all

27 college credits transferring.

The cost per year at TCU is $61,370. With 27 credits being a full year’s worth of college, he saved $59,561 because it only cost him $1,809 to take those

27 credits at Chaminade.
