To assist you in the process of making a Westchester Day School education possible, we offer the following payment

plan options. Regardless of which option you choose, every contract must be electronically completed and signed.

The $1,000 non-refundable deposit will be deducted within 10 days of our finalizing your FACTS agreement. The

$1,000 will be deducted from your tuition balance.

Single Payment Plan Payable July 1, 2016 Can be paid by check payable to Westchester Day School.

Ten Payment Plan Starting in July, payable on the 5th or 20th of the month.

Can only be paid via FACTS Tuition Management Program. FACTS payments are automatically withdrawn from your bank account in ten monthly payments.

THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL ANNUAL SECURITY ASSESSMENT OF $1,000 PER FAMILY. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $250 GRADUATION FEE FOR EIGHTH GRADE STUDENTS Students at Westchester Day School are eligible to receive a reduced fee for the Westchester Summer Day Program. Annual Commitment to Scholarship Matrix for Grades 1-8


Please note several points on the above matrix (only applies to grades 1-8): 1) For families who do not qualify for a reduced commitment to the scholarship fund or prefer not to share this information with the school, they will default to a $3,500 per child commitment to the scholarship fund. 2) The amount of the contribution is for each child enrolled at WDS but the basis on which you calculate your box in the grid is based on both the number of children you have enrolled at WDS and the number of children who have graduated from WDS.

1. Please complete the FACTS Application online at: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3FLJF A non-refundable $30 fee is required. You will be instructed on how to pay online.

Please understand that final decisions on financial aid applications cannot be made until all of the required documentation is received.

In order to assist us in reviewing applications and to make applying for financial aid as equitable as possible, we use FACTS Grant and Aid Application in conjunction with the WDS Application for Financial Aid.

Please type the forms or print neatly.

Take care not to leave any blank spaces. “Zero” must be entered if no other entry is appropriate.

The forms should be signed and dated were indicated.

If you have any questions regarding FACTS application, you may call the Customer Care Representative at 866-441-4637, Monday-Thursday from 10AM until 7PM (Central Standard Time). Friday 10AM until 5PM (Central Standard Time). A financial aid application will not be reviewed until all previous financial obligations have been met. Each family must complete both applications:

1. Online FACTS Application 2. Westchester Day School Application

(must be downloaded, completed and mailed)

3. The FACTS and WDS Financial Aid applications should be submitted by March 30, 2016.

It is important that both applications be submitted: one without the other is not sufficient.
