The Annual Anthem at Merrill Ranch Spring Festival is a fun-filled carnival for all ages. This event is meant to bring the entire region together in celebration of the new Spring season. For those of you who have participated in the Spring Festival in the past, we are excited to continue marketing efforts through local and national channels. For those of you that are thinking about participating for the first time, please allow us to share some background information about the Spring Festival. The Festival started 8 years ago as a small carnival, designed to share the beautiful community of Anthem at Merrill Ranch with residents and the immediate surrounding areas. Over the years, marketing presence has increased to include the entire southeast region. The event now draws over 5,000 attendees and vendors from the San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek and Mesa.The community of Anthem at Merrill Ranch is proud to present this exciting business opportunity to the general public. All ages will enjoy fun, food, live music, entertainment, rides and games– enhanced by the beautiful community surroundings at Anthem at Merrill Ranch. Sponsors and Exhibitor Areas will remain a visual focal point for all attendees.We look forward to working together with you to create a momentous 2016 Spring Festival!

8th Annual Anthem Spring FestivalExhibit Information
PAYMENTAnthem at Merrill Ranch will not provide vendor space unless full payment is received within 15 days of receipt of application and booth is setup a minimum sixty minutes prior to start of Festival. There will be NO refunds on vendor payments for any reason. Vendor is responsible for all taxes and other impositions by a governmental authority.
PERMIT/INSURANCE/LIABILITYTOWN OF FLORENCE SPECIAL EVENT VENDOR PERMITAll exhibitors MUST complete a Vendor Form and submit it to the Town of Florence, regardless of whether you are selling items or just sharing information. Forms can be found at www.florenceaz.gov. Search “special event vendor packet”, or a copy is attached to this packet for your convenience.INSURANCE REQUIREMENTSPlease direct all insurance questions to Melody Yahrmarkt at 520-723-6654 or [email protected] owner particpants, to the extent applicable, shall provide and maintain at all times prior and during participation the following insurance:1. Workers Compensation for statutory limits with Employers Liability limits not less than $100,000/$100,000/$500,0002. Commercial General Liability Insurance with minimum limits as follows: a) Bodily Injury & Property Damage - $1,000,000 per occurrence b) Personal Injury & Advertising Injury - $1,000,000 per occurrence c) Products & Completed Operations liability - $2,000,000 aggregate d) General Aggregate Limit - $2,000,0003. Business Auto Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence to include owned, hired and non-owned liability4. Professional Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence/claimEvent vendors that carry general liability insurance for their business, must submit, with their Application to Exhibit, a Certificate of Insurance evidencing required coverage to: Anthem at Merrill Ranch Community Council, Inc. 3200 North Anthem Way, Florence Arizona 85132 ATTN: Christine ReederLIABILITYAnthem at Merrill Ranch, Sun City Anthem and Del Webb will not be responsible for loss or damage to displays while being brought in or out of the event site, or while on the premises of the Anthem at Merrill Ranch. In all cases, the exhibitors will assume responsibility for damage to property and accidents and injuries to vendors, employees, contractors, or Festival participants. Vendor will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from the sole negligence of the Community Association, the Association’s trade contractors, agents, staff or consultants.
