1:1 Executive Coaching
6 Session Package £2500 + VAT Other Pricing formats available
Executive coaching is an effective form of focused development which generates deep learning,
confidence and momentum to achieve desired outcomes.
We provide a calm and confidential space in which to explore goals and develop personal
insights, including the identification of personal strengths and any limiting factors which may be
holding you back. This takes place in a climate of positive challenge and support.
You will be supported, where appropriate, by a range of tools designed to raise personal
awareness. These might include any of the psychometrics or feedback options listed here in our
brochure. Where appropriate this will be agreed during the initial contracting process, but may
also be discussed as coaching progresses.
Situations particularly amenable to coaching include:
Achievement of personal/business objectives
Specific challenges and projects
New promotion/transition into a new role
Business relationships
The development of new skills and behaviours
Resilience
Before you embark on a programme of coaching, we will match you with a suitable coach and
you will be offered a free “chemistry meeting” to ensure the connection is right. Once a pairing
is agreed you will agree how you will work together: coaching goals, where you will meet, how
often etc. Often this is a three way process involving a coaching sponsor within your
organisation. Then we begin.
Please contact us if you would like to know more about how coaching works.
