Our ProgramsOur ProgramsBachelor of Hospitality and ManagementThe Bachelor of Hospitality and Management at Vatel is completed in as little as 3.5 years. The Bachelor program fosters a strong foundation in hotel management, leadership, operations and entrepreneurship.
Students acquire a spectrum of hospitality industry knowledge from understanding food and beverage and guest service operations to learning how to analyze a profit and loss statement, roll out a marketing strategy, organize events and recruit a talented workforce. Courses are balanced between academic theory and professional practice. With experienced faculty and small class sizes, students receive the individual support and preparation they need to achieve excellence.
MBA in Hospitality and ManagementThe MBA in Hospitality and Management is an intensive and innovative 18-month degree that prepares future managers to become more effective hospitality industry leaders.
On campus, students hone the necessary critical thinking, leadership, management and entrepreneurial skills required to compete in the global business economy. Vatel has been training managers and senior executives in the International Hotel and Tourism Management industry for more than 35 years. Our know-how and expertise in educational engineering are unique in the global market of higher education.

Study AbroadThe Importance Of International ExposureHospitality is one of the fastest growing industries worlwide. Professionals in the hospitality industry are expected to be culturally competent in order to become accomplished professionals for a global tourism economy. Marco Polo Program
Vatel Bachelor students can participate in the Marco
Polo program, which gives them the opportunity to study abroad for a year at another Vatel school and gain international exposure and experience.
SpecializationMBA students can choose to earn a Dual
MBA Specialization degree by completing their last year of study at another Vatel school
abroad. Each campus specializes in a unique aspect of the hospitality industry such as

Paid InternshipsUndergraduate and graduate students directly apply their knowledge through hands-on, professional experience during their studies and cumulate up to 12 months of paid practical training. Vatel graduates work in operations and management positions in front desk, food and beverage, sales, marketing and communications, event manage-ment and human resources. The Vatel Career & Employability Department has developed a strong network of priv-ileged relationships with some of the largest upscale hotel and restaurant chains in the USA, which facilitates internship placements as well as the possibility of recruitment upon graduation.
