McDonald’s Fundraiser Night

Thursday, September 22nd from 4 pm - 7 pm

Every month we have a fundraiser restaurant night out. Our first fundraiser

night out will be at McDonald’s in Crown Point on Main Street. This is the easi-

est way to help raise money for our school. A McDonald’s basketball and a

prize from our Perfect A3endance showcase will be raffled off. The flyer must

be presented at the �me of purchase in order for Solon to receive 15 % of your

purchase. The flyer went home with your child today.

grade students. Snacks range in price

from .55 cents to .75 cents. Ice Cream is sold

on FRIDAYs ONLY for .75 cents.

will have the opportunity to taste test zucchini

during the month of September. Zucchini is

low in calories and contains useful

amount of folate, potassium and

provitamin A! Encourage your

child to try some.

Crown Point High School Volleyball

September 29th is Elementary School night

for volleyball. The team will play Valpo at

home star�ng at 6:00 pm. All elementary

school kids who wear their elementary school t-shirts will

get into the event for free. Parents and other siblings

who are not in elementary school will have to pay to

enter the event.

Solon Robinson PTO Ice Cream Social/Bingo Night

Friday, September 30th, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

This event is FREE for all Solon students and their IMMEDI-

ATE family members ONLY. If you are able to donate priz-

es, please contact PTO at solonrobinsonpto@gmail.com.

We are asking for the following toppings for the event.

• K-1: Whipped cream, sprinkles, maraschino cherries

• 2-3: Chocolate fudge, caramel sauce, strawberry

sauce, napkins

• 4-5: M&M’s, mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows

Mid-term Progress September 19th marks the midpoint of the first 9

week grading period. Please check your child’s mid-term progress by logging into RDS Parent Access to access BUZZ gradebook (grades 1-5). Kindergarten Interim Reports will go home with your child.
