Having celebrated Texacraft’s 40th anniversary in manufacturing during 2015 we look forward to the

next 4 decades of producing enduring furniture for the growing commercial market. What has made

Texacraft so successful since its inception is not only the actual furniture it has produced but also the

effective direction of marketing, sales management, customer service and a general understanding

of the market and demographics. It’s the behind the scenes segments of manufacturing that are the

foundation that make the other segments successful, too. We believe that our drive to improve in all

aspects insures that the Texacraft brand will enjoy continued success for many decades to come.

For 2016, we have a compelling line-up of products that are diverse, aesthetically appealing and

relevant. We listen to our knowledgeable sales force as well as our loyal customers who provide us with

the kind of feedback we need to position ourselves for success each and every year. This year, we are

implementing plans to broaden our warehousing footprint in order to stock more quick ship products to

keep pace with customer demands. Procedures are also being implemented to better forecast spikes

in product demands so we can be prepared when the forecasts become reality.

Our commitment to excellence is ongoing. That’s the challenge we embrace head on every day.

Oyster Weave - Having the look and feel of real wicker, this proprietary weave creation was the result of

dedicated time and effort. The material is a mix of polyethylene and UV inhibitors with no acrylic additives.

Both the texture and coloration are achieved from the hands of an extrusion artist who intuitively adds the

correct amount of pigment to the weave during precise temperature intervals in the production process. The

weave coloration is infused throughout the core of the weave. The result is a beautiful, natural weathered

weave material. All pieces of Coeur d'Alene are hand woven, strand by strand, by highly skilled artists. One

chair can take more than a day to weave.

The cleaned and decontaminated materials are compounded into pellets that are melted, molded and extruded into planks of plastic ‘lumber’ and are available in a host of natural and vibrant colors. By creating the ‘lumber’ from a single, purifi ed polymer material, the eventual lumber is manufactured to an exacting, reproducible product ensuring uniform quality standards. The end product is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material that has the look and texture of real wood.

How does this material withstand the elements? Extremely well! The ‘lumber’ is tested in thousands of hours of UV and water scenarios with outstanding results. Although some slight color fading could occur during its service life it will be uniform in appearance. This excellent outdoor material needs no waterproofi ng, painting or staining to maintain its appearance.

Our Adirondack collections are made exclusively with this lumber material and assembled using stainless steel hardware. The Fresco collection incorporates a very heavy wall aluminum frame with planks of the TexaWood lumber. The planks are held in place with stainless steel hardware.

Texacraft’s TexaWood collections are perfect for commercial use as they are extremely durable and need little maintenance. A simple wash with the hose will keep the furniture clean and looking good for years of outdoor enjoyment.

One-of-a-kind, heirloom-quality hammered copper tops have been individually hand-hammered, formed and assembled using processes and techniques that are hundreds of years old. The natural patina will vary from area to area and piece to piece. Just prior to being packaged, a light coat of paste wax is applied. This application will temporarily slow down the natural aging process. Much like an antique, heavy-wall kitchen pot or pan the surface appearance will be the direct result of the approach you take to maintenance. Note: Copper Tops Are Not Available With Umbrella Holes.

Installation When you receive it, you will submerge it in your pool, fill it completely with water then, pull it on to the ledge. Once in place, weighing over 100 lbs, the Contour In-Pool Lounger will stay put and shouldn’t need to be moved except for season storage. Clean it in place with common household cleaners. Removing them from the pool is not necessary but if desired the Contour In-Pool Lounger is easily stackable.

The Raised Chaise Lounge is designed for deeper pool ledge installations. This chaise is designed for water depth of no more than 12”. Installation instructions are the same as for the regular in-pool lounger. This chaise can be used out of the water, too. If used out of the water it is recommended it be filled with water to add more weight.

The High Back Chair features a contoured shape for comfort and lumbar support. Do not place on a pool ledge deeper than 9”. The chair can be used in or out of the water.

The Side table should be filled with water for installation and should be used in water no more than 10” deep. The umbrella hole is 2” dia. Do not use umbrella with table in windy conditions and/or when unattended. This table will hold up to a 6' square or 8' octogan umbrella. To install simply submerge the table in the water to fill then pull it onto the pool ledge. The side table includes specific fitting inserts for the umbrella hole to secure umbrella pole in the table.

White In-Pool Lounger available in stock for quick shipment. The Contour In-Pool Lounger is designed for use in up to 9" of water depth.

TEXACRAFT'S FINISHES - BEYOND WHAT YOU SEE.What makes our frame fi nishes so durable and long- lasting has more to do with what we do to prepare the frames than the end results. A superior fi nish begins with the preparation of the surface area. It begins with cleaning the aluminum frames. The “Primer System” is a 7-step process that takes approximately 45 minutes to complete per frame. First, each frame receives an alkaline bath that degreases and etches the frame. Two, clean water rinses follow to remove the alkaline residue as well any etched particles. Next, a chrome phosphate conversion coating is applied that seals the frame and prevents the formation of corrosion. This step is followed by two additional clean water rinses in preparation for the fi nal stage. During the fi nal stage, each frame is “deionized” which removes any mineral deposits that might be left from any of the prior stages. This step also provides a greater bonding surface of the aluminum for optimal adhesion of the powder paint.

THE BIG FINISHThe fi nish begins as a very fi ne, electrostatic polyester powder that is sprayed onto the frame. The powder is “charged” so that the powder attaches to the frame much like metal to a magnet. This provides complete and even coverage of the powder. Once covered with the powder, the frames enter a large oven area whereby the frames are heated to a very high temperature which melts the powder. The oven process takes approximately 30 minutes to complete resulting in a durable, baked on fi nish.

TEXTURE AND COLOR COMPONENTSAlthough our standard fi nishes involve only one application, many of the frames contain several components that meld together to achieve the desired looks. Some of the fi nishes contain as many as fi ve different color components. Some of the fi nishes are textured, while others are smooth or hammered, like the Patina Finish.

Woven Vinyl FabricsWoven Vinyl fabrics are made from Weather Weave, an open weave, vinyl-coated, polyester fiber fabric. Weather Weave is similar to the material used in tire cord, bonded so it will not unravel if cut. Especially designed for outdoor use, Weather Weave dries quickly and can be left out in any kind of weather. Ultraviolet stabilizers have been added to inhibit fading, deterioration and mildew. Weather Weave fabric cushions will provide many years of outdoor pleasure.

Mix three gallons of warm water with one cup of household bleach and one cup mild laundry detergent. Apply with soft brush or cloth and rinse well. DO NOT USE SOLVENT-TYPE MATERIALS, THEY WILL DAMAGE THE YARNS.

Basic Cleaning

By design, Bella-Dura fibers resist spills and absorption, so whether it’s betadine in a healthcare environment or wine in a restaurant or at home, Bella-Dura is easy to clean. For most spills, a simple solution of two parts water to one part dishwashing detergent (or another common household cleaner) will do. Gently clean the surface using a toothbrush or other soft bristled brush with swirling motions and then rinse thoroughly using clean water.

Bleach Cleaning

Because Bella-Dura is a solution-dyed fabric, the fibers are bleach cleanable without risk of fading or harm, making even more challenging spills easy to treat. Quickly clean and disinfect using a diluted bleach solution. The recommended dilution is four parts water to one part bleach.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

+ Fine outdoor furniture deserves exceptional care. Winston furniture can be enjoyed for many years when well maintained. Wash the furniture with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly. A clear automobile wax can be applied to smooth frame finishes to provide better protection against harmful ultraviolet exposure and salt air. DO NOT use any kind of wax, abrasive materials or strong detergents on Select finishes.

+ To vinyl, strap and sling seating surfaces, apply a quality vinyl protectant to guard against the effects of air pollution, salt air build-up, and mildew growth. Wash outdoor cushions with a solution of mild detergent and water and thoroughly rinse with clear water. Allow cushions to air dry completely.

+ For best protection, perform this maintenance two to three times a year, although these durable materials can be safely cleaned as often as desired.

+ Light stains can be removed with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinsed with clear water and dried thoroughly. Mildew and heavy stains can be removed with a quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner and protectant.

+ Note: Some suntan and sun block products may be harmful to cushions, sling and vinyl and straps. Do not allow such products to come in contact with any seating surfaces to avoid deep penetrating stains, which are not covered under warranty.

+ Do not steam or use water at temperatures above 100°F when washing. + Note: Be careful to keep the cleaner from contact with the cushions of your furniture, as it will cause discoloration. Do not use bleach on

printed acrylic fabrics. Do not use solvent-type materials on woven vinyl, woven blend or ultra woven blend fabrics as they will damage the yarns. Do not use chlorine based cleaners.

The newest line of outdoor furniture from Wabash Valley, Green Valley offers an environmentally friendly alternative. Constructed with PolyTuf™ plastic lumber custom-extruded from recycled plastics, Green Valley benches, picnic tables and receptacles are long-lasting and nearly maintenance-free. They also don't have the drawbacks of real wood, such as fading, insects, cracking and splintering.

Unlike most wood and wood-composite products that quickly fade when exposed to the weather, the PolyTuf™ surfaces have no wood fibers so they retain their vibrant look for years.
