Ice...always use good quality ice(large cubes with no frost) andfill to the top of the glass. more ice is always better; it looks great, keeps the drink colder and melts very slowly.

Ingredients50mls Bacardi Carta Blanca rum4 lime wedges12 fresh mint leaves2 heaped tsp caster sugar15mls soda water/club sodaSprig of fresh mint to garnish
Method...Gently press together thelimes and sugar. Bruise the mintleaves by clapping them betweenyour palms, rub them on the rim of the glass and drop them in. Next, fill half the glass with crushed ice, add the BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum and stir. Top upwith crushed ice, a splash of soda and a sprig of mint. Mojito!
